Depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to learn options basics up to complex strategies?
To answer your most basic question: Yes, he is legit. Completely free training videos up to advanced strategies. Compared to regular newsletters he is completely different, legitimately wants people to learn options trading with no required upsells unless you want to see exactly what he does.
However, if you’re trying to follow his trades, you’d need a rather large account to be sufficiently profitable. He recommends that the total buying power of each trade is 1-2% of your total buying power and you dont max out your account and blow it up.
