THE MOST IMPORTANT (AND URGENT) BRIEFING OF JEFF BROWN’S 30-YEAR CAREER

Has anyone of you listen to Jeff Browns briefing yesterday (05/07)? He talks about 1000% gain in one day on the small cap biotech which cures LCA-10 blindness using CRISPR[1] DNA technique?. I am pretty sure he means Editas Medicine (EDIT). This gain might happen already next today after briefing at 9:30 EDT so today I suppose. I tried to find out what special event today with relation to EDIT might take place but no clue.
Maybe I listen to the briefing one day too late? What I found-out is that EDIT announced earnings yesterday (05/07) before market opened. Jeff´s might have thought that stock will soar after after opening. Unfortunately EDIT stock went down by few percent . Jeff can not be so terrible wrong( I mean 1000% wrong) in his prediction so it has to be another event coming today. Any clue?
I am patiently waiting till 9:30 EDT for the mysterious soaring of EDIT.

Welp its open and they are up a staggering 3.3%! Incredible job by Jeff
I am glued to the screen trying with the power of my mind to push the EDIT stock highest possible but someone is keeping the “foot on the brake”. Jeff B. could you do something?
Those deadlines are often heavily exaggerated, and sometimes just completely made up — they’re more about getting you to act urgently on your newsletter subscription than they are about predicting exactly when a stock will rise (ads without deadlines don’t work as well).

Thanks Travis. I do know that such a pitch is a trap to buy an investment letter but thanks to Stock Gumshoe we can get the essential info without being caught in it. I always read Stock Gumshoe before buying any investment letter.
Anyway the fundamentals of EDIT are getting now stronger so I decided to buy shares next to CRSP ones.
Wow I was mistaken I thought he meant SPRO. Lol I bought $5k worth so I didn’t “miss it.” Got that email today. I was going to hang off on SPRO but maybe it is fortuitous. I saw what happened to the other antibiotic examples you cited and was unimpressed. But I do think a new antibiotic approved in the 3 to 6 months would go boom. I know we are officially in Operation War Speed and that is COVID 19 related. I think the FDA will be more flexible but that’s just a guess. Anyone know the time table on SPRO’s new antibiotic?…..thanks in advance
Its August 2020 now and Jeff is still making deadlines with EDIT that “tomorrow at Aug6 4:01PM….” Instead of using the following day to await results (Aug 7, 9:30am). But I went to EDIT website there isnt any breaktrough for them to suggest a 1000%. Im only 2.5 months in his subs service and I can say that Jeff is exagerating too much.
Today Aug6 at exactly 3:45PM Jeff txt me of a push and says: “Make THIS move now, Jeff Brown believes……….up to 1,000% in 1 day” So this is his modus ey….. If he has 300k subscribers multiply by $2,500 = $750 Million USD! Good for him but not us! So its not unethical for us to mention and share stocks in GumShoe whatever Mkt Research Service are endorsing, but for them not unethical to lie a number of times to fleece us in overpriced service. We dont think so right?!

That’s the nature of marketing sadly… find some false urgency that works, and keep pushing it until it stops working. The actual stock (And it’s current valuation and likely catalysts) sometimes is hardly even a secondary consideration.
What was Brown’s big update on EDIT?
I paid Brown and tried to cancel but they wouldn’t let me.
@stomark, did you saw the terms and conditions in the receipt? You can, right?!
In fairness, EDIT has been rising since the big Covid drop (with the volatility in-between that one might expect). I’ve found more of his leads to be profitable than not. Though I deeply agree that the urgency of his ads can be very misleading (and costly if you bite). In general though, IMHO, there are many factors I like about EDIT and think it’s a descent speculative play. Even a good rinse & repeat day trade given it’s nature if you have a stomach for swings. His statement about HAVING to announce trial results is valid. (But who really knows when?) So for me the question is, do I believe him?..that he knows this stage of trials will show positive results?
