T-a-a-S is the acronym for Transportation as a Service. I don’t know what Rex Moore’s/Motley Fool recommendation is, but you might want to check out what this tech niche is about in a similar-sounding reco by Whitney Tilson covered as follows:

I have seen that advertisement often in the past few months, and I am curious as well. It is hard to imagine it is anything but NVDA, except when he said to buy now “before the crowd.” NVDA is an awfully crowded stock for an active Motley Fool recommendation (of course, Motley Fool was recommending this stock in 2015 when it was around $20/share, if not earlier/cheaper).
