What is all this talk about banks and the government confiscating your money in IRA’s, checking, and savings accounts

Casey[1] has been putting out this warning along with others and they say to do it now as it could happen in 2020. They are saying that money will either be gone and possibly replaced by a tractable coin.What do you make of this Travis?
