It is going to merge with GNOG which is Golden Nugget Online Gaming. Seems like a similar play to GAN and DKNG. I am bullish in online betting in general. They seem to be cash flow positive already and with big growth because of COVID but even before it. Also is not trading at a premium, what do you think of it?
