EV’s Lordstown

I’m getting big into EV market. I think it’s the future and big things are going to happen. I have Tesla, Workhorse and LI to mention a few. I have seen that Lordstown out of Ohio is going public soon. I’m relatively new at this and I need advice. Is there anyway I can find out when exactly it’s going public so I can jump in or is that considered inside information?
