He’s talking about small Biotech company that has a covid19 ”super Vaccine” They are producing 1 Billion doses. also the name of manufacturing company producing those billion vaccine doses? It is supposed to be a large manufacturing plant on an Air Force Base on the Eastern Seaboard.
