I watched the “Set for life” summit last night and the two take aways form the number 1 pick are:
1. It’s a biotech stock. A small under the radar company.
2. It’s been awarded by the FDA a “Orphan Drug Status”
I watched the event also. I am almost positive the company is Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals as they have received Orphan Drug Status for Huntington’s Disease in Europe and Orphan Drug Status for Systemic Sclerosis in the US and Europe. These are the two diseases he mentions, and EHP is doing a reg A+ raise right now. $6 a share.

I think in general they were eluding to the fact that many early stage investors get stock for less than a dollar per share which is ideal for a great company. In this case, EHP has already done a few raises, so the price per share is now higher.

Minimum to Invest said $3000 but the investment field let me put in $500. I did not continue though. Has anyone invested for less than $3000? I’m in the research stage now.

Yes it’s minimum $3 000/500 shares, but $6 dollar a share in a PRE-IPO that’s high. But in the same time if you look at the “subscription agreement” on investehp.com they talk about $0.0001 per share, so what da heck is that?
It also says that basically the investment (Minimum $3 000) can not exceed 10% of the investors annual income.
Yes but EHP got the Orphan Drug Status back in 2017, but Teeka made it sound like the company he was talking about now just got the Orphan Drug Status in USA and Europe.
I just think he used those screen prints from EHP in the presentation as an example, because EHP previously was a tip from Teeka.

OK. Is he talking about 2 different investments? I went to Flora Growth, and they are in fact offering shares at 75 cents. And they give you 1/2 of a warrant with each share to sweeten the pie. And they have Larry King as an advisor. His photo looks like he has been sampling their product….

EHT is already a publicly traded company. EHT is just a penny stock and owned by the same conglomerate, but several investments groups have been pushing EHP such as NICI. EHP is the more impressive of the group and has the two Orphan Drug Statuses.
Thanks for clearing that up. They are separate entities with the same name and logo which blurs the lines a little.
The Orphan Drug Status is the selling point for me also. I see they’ve undergone stage 1 trials in mice with success and are going to start their first human clincal trials mid 2021.
Doing a little reading on reddit uncovered a bit of a checkered past with previous joint ventures

Not saying they’re to blame but worth taking a look into the companies history and why the stock has performed so badly.
They also had earnings ending June 30 2020 with a net loss of 18.9m$

In the webinar he also talks about $500-$1000 investments but the minimum investment for EHP A+ circle is $3000 and that can not be more than 10% of the investor’s annual income as well, if you are not one of the privileged few “accredited investor” because then nothing seems to matter.

No I can’t find one neither, I was thinking that maybe it was so fresh that they haven’t manage to upgrade the hampage with one, I’ve tried to contact to company without any success.
If Emerald health isn’t it at least we know it is ONE OF the PV recs from Teeka. I went through all the investor presentations and it looks very promising. Perhaps not as great of returns as a $0.50 going to $50, but I don’t see why this $6 offering couldn’t see at least a 10x to $60 plus on IPO day, hopefully within the next year. Emeraldpharma.life

With those two huge publishers pushing novice investors in at a price determined by the company, not the market, they’re essentially already having their “IPO” moment now… without those buyers being able to sell.
If the drug works out great, then of course there’s a potential return for investors… maybe even a big return of it also works in MS. I don’t know the odds of the drug showing evidence of being effective in the next year or two.
Yes but the question is “when” was it a recommendation from Teeka, because EHP got their ODS back in 2017 and it seems like this A+ offering circular isn’t their first run.

The multiple sclerosis market is huge and if they really can show remyelination of nerves that is a game-changer for those with MS.
So I watched the whole thing again. It’s called the next aspirin because it is taking the same pathway as aspirin by taking a natural compound to market. They have 2 drugs with orphan drug status in 2 different markets. He showed the letters on the screen showing – “treatment of systemic scleroderma” and “treatment of Huntington’s Disease”. He said you only need a tiny amount of money to make it big. Now to me $3000 is not tiny if indeed it is EHP. Would he show the treatments on screen to give the company away?
If you don’t think $3,000 is tiny you should absolutely never even consider paying someone $2,500/yr for “advice” about those investments.

It would be very strange if he used screenshots from the actual company he now are talking about, I think the screenshots he’s showing on the webinar are from back in the day when EHP once was a tip from Teeka, because they got the ODS 2017 so it’s it’s not “new”.
I guess the only way to know is find a PBV subscriber.
On another note that Q&A session is so bogus and already setup. Those are not common everyday questions.

It’s worth knowing that the last few companies Teeka has shilled have had multiple round of fundraising for more than 12-18 months. Urgency is the name of the game when it comes to the pitch.
Yep, Emerald has 2 US and 2 EU designations for their orphan drugs. I went there and the “Where did you hear about us” drop down contains “Palm Beach Venture”. Looks like you can buy in there in any increment that you want. I put $1k in and it just showed the amount of shares I would get.

Indeed. I didn’t click “next” after the first screen. Someone else said that it informs you of the $3000 minimum on the second screen.
You can choose any amount you want but when you push “Next” it will say that the minimum amount is $3000
If you choose less than $3000 it will look like this when you push “next”.
