Netlist holds multiple patents and files suits to force BIG companies to pay for infringements.

After a 10 -year legal battle they prevailed in court against GOOGLE. NSLT is trading at about 46 cents despite the Google decision. Lots of comments
but no one seems to know facts.
Will GOOGLE try to appeal to US Supreme Court? Is there a November deadline for doing / not doing that?
Are the companies negotiating a payoff for past infringement and a continuing royalty?

Or is this a fantasy?
