Travis thought it might be Emerald Health.
Emerald Health ticks the boxes and you can invest on their site. They even have a “how did you hear about us” dropdown that lists “Palm Beach Venture” as one of the sources. No longer 75 cents, but $6. You snooze, you lose!!
The 75 cent one is a different stock. EHP has been raising money at a $5-6 price since 2018.
So really already spread the knowledge so we can spread the wealth. What is name of this company? Is it FLORA GROWTH?
Didn’t look into it, given my complete lack of interest in Teeka’s pitch about these — but according to lots of other folks who’ve written in to me, that’s their consensus.
Thanks for your honesty. Just curious, why the lack of interest
Most of these businesses don’t look so great once you actually read the offering filings, and I think the growth for “me too” cannabis companies is very uncertain — these two don’t look like firms that have a real advantage to me.
But beyond that, my distaste comes mostly from the fact that these are private placements, that can’t be sold, and they’re being sold to us at a price that has no particular justification or pricing discipline behind it. If they’re trying that hard to sell you something that you can’t then sell, you’re probably taking more of a risk than you might expect, given the hype behind these deals that folks like Tiwari have ginned up.
Doesn’t mean they can’t work, but I don’t love the probability. I’m very skeptical of aggressively sold investments in private companies.
Has anyone who invested in Flora received their certificates yet?
I received a subscription agreement and a DRS statement…thought I was getting a certificate as well.
One of the Pre IPO deals from Teeka is IntellivisionAmica. They just moved to accept payment for their shares. Any thoughts on this business??
