Searching 1-As will give you all of the exempt offerings. I searched for 1-As in 2020 and ended up with a spreadsheet of 360 companies. Some I recognized from the crowdfunding sites. Going to go through the docs/websites and investment circulars on them and see what their business is. Circulars are part of the filings.
I just called customer support and asked if there is a minimum investment. They said that one of recommendations has a $3,000 minimum. Looks like it might be EHP.

For what it’s worth EHP was recommended in the last round of funding by: Cannabis Venture Syndicate, a new service related to the National Institute of Cannabis Investors.
What is the valuation currently? Share price isn’t as important as valuation correct?
I am very confident that its Flavocure Biotech. They have 2 orphan drug approvals and are also planning for the 2020 ipos. But I don’t know the process to invest in this company. You can still invest to the Canadian company that have stake in Flavocure.
Even if this is not Teeka’s pick, Flavocure is a very good company to invest.
I just sent atlas biotech email asking if tgey bought into flavocure and if one can invest.

First time contributor here but really interested in the pre IPO markets. Teeka’s style is way to ‘salesy’ for my liking and his online presence is clearly manipulated by affiliate websites etc to maintain a 100% positive feedback on all the search engines. This makes me really skeptical but still he has appeared on a couple of respected legitimate news/information outlets repeatedly fueling my curiosity! All the great research here points to Emerald Heath with Flora as the bonus pick. It would still be great to see a copy or sample of his newsletter/report though! Surely we can find a way to obtain it together?! I am definitely in for clubbing together on this topic.
Yes, it is Emerald Health, but shares can only be purchased through the company pre-IPO, and I believe they are very close to full.
Minimus investment is $3000, has to be divisible by 6, I believe.

It is Emerald Health, but pre-IPO shares can only be purchased through the company and I believe they’re already over 97% subscribed.
This is not the new “aspirin” pre ipo. Emerald was given a while back.
