From Teeka Tiwari’s new service “PALM BEACH VENTURE” 4 new PRE-IPO opportunities. Does anybody know what pre-ipo companies he’s pitching, and how to get in without subscribing to his $2,500 new service

I came onto stock gumshoe with the very same question. I guess we both just finished watching the presentation by Tika tiwari. Hoping someone has some answers!

I love how they made it sound like this was for the regular folks that normaly invest $500-1 000, I wonder how many regular people can afford $2500 a year.
Can you imagine if you buy it for $2500 and than it says the lowest investment for this PRE-IPO is $10 000

It’s important to know they’re probably large drug companies. The pre IPO drugs must have an FDA orphan drug status. One company now has two. Travis, please take this on. Thanks.

He calls it the “Tiny biotech company”.
The company have one FDA orphan drug status for USA and one for Europe but here in Europe it’s approved by EMA (our FDA).

And I think I know which company he is talking about, because only one biotech company lately got all of this and that was in the end of August and 4 days after that Teeka started to talk about it.

I’ve sent their CEO an email and will see if they get back to me, so I don’t spread misinformation.

But for it to be any other private biotech company based on the information and time period Teeka was talking about I do not see as likely.

If it is EHP – The bigger question is, is the value of the $3,000 investment in the company truly a good and valuable one?

EHP seems to be the pick. If this is true, what is the general timeline for this type of offering being open in a pre-IPO format, and is it a truly a valuable investment for the $3,000 minimum?

I was a member of Palm Beach Venture for the first year at $2k because I was a confidential member but did not renew. Emerald has alot of promise and I have not invested yet but they do have 2 orphan drugs approved by FDA. Only two problems…was already a reccomendation from Teeka and the share price is $6/sh so does not match $.75/sh. I went to FDA website and put in aspirin and a company Vitilas out of New York came up with an orphan drug approved by FDA . I have tried to reach out but I don’t see a phone number only an email address.

So, Flora Growth? EMH? EHT? I’m so confused, and don’t have the premium plan at this point, so asking if anyone has clear information on this teaser.

Guys, I see 3-4 issues here..with EHP:
1: it’s only 15 employee company… too tiny for my comfort
2: too many caveats in the fine print
3: no clear path for commercialization
4: they only need $37m in total funding.. if this is such a great buy, why can’t palm beach scoop up all shares… it should be peanuts for them…till date they have only secured $10-12m funding… i smell something fishy ..

Its 100% EHP. i am from canada. I see in the website the deal is not for canadians. If anyone tell me this is a good deal i want to invest with my brother in USA… Its 6$/share ($3000 min) .. the $0.75 cents /share he was referring to another BONUS pre-ipo not this one.

Nobody can say if this is a good deal. This is in the FAQ section of the site…”SEC regulations do not allow us to comment on if, or when, we will do an IPO. However, it is our intent to create liquidity for shareholders, which can happen by listing our shares on a stock exchange, whether or not it is part of an IPO, or through an acquisition. What we can say is that typically companies who are looking to complete an IPO are influenced by stock market conditions and by the company’s accomplishments and timing of next milestones, and we will weigh these variables accordingly.”

soooo is it really EHP … for some reason , I have somewhat of an uneasy feeling while reading the FAQ section for prospective investors … just subtleties like incorrect spelling and answers that seem to be evasive rub me the wrong way… I dont know … what is the consensus people ? is that it ? anyone take the plunge ? ill feel better getting beat if one of you are right there with me.

Pretty impressive that not one of them have slipt their tounge.

It’s alwys the “contract” that matters.

The “Subscription agreement” and the “Reg A offering curcular” and “Investment Process” still all say minimum $3000/500shares.

I can also see that they have sold shares for $5 under 2018.

No I am not going to. It also says…”When shares are purchased at an early stage in a private company, it is usual that if the company becomes publicly listed on a stock exchange the shares would be locked up for some period of time. In the case of Emerald Health Pharmaceuticals, the potential lock-up would be 180 days from the day the shares are registered, which would roughly occur in conjunction with a public listing. When you sign your subscription agreement, you are also agreeing to this requirement“

Alright, I’ve been doing research since Teeka’s presentation, and I now know which company he is discussing. It’s not EHP, by the way. The only problem is that I have absolutely no idea how to invest in this company. I will tell the name of the company to anyone who can help me figure out how to invest. Thanks!

Money talks, BS walks. Emerald’s drop down on the investment page “Where did you hear about us” has a choice “Palm Beach Venture”. If you think it isn’t Emerald, cough up a name and let us all dive in together and see how to invest. I think we will all figure ot out. BTW, the 75 cent tease is Flora Growth. I’m diving into that one.

I think I have found it also. Did an FDA “aspirin” search and Vitalis out of New York came up with Orphan drug status. I have reached out to investor relations and they say to watch the Wainright presentation Wednesday of this week. Wonder if their stock matches the $.75/share.

Teeka indicated that the candidate company has EU orphan drug status as well. Vitalis has no mention in the EU list. Emerald does. Also, Vitalis is combining something with aspirin. Not replacing aspirin. Here is the EU list: https://ec.europa.eu/health/documents/community-register/html/reg_od_act.htm?sort=a
Companies are not listed unless you export to Excel. You can sort and search there. Happy hunting!

Guys, no offense but I think we all are smarter than this… are you guys seriously searching with “aspirin” name ? CMON!
This means you guys missed the point completely. Aspirin word was just used as a marketing gimmick. It meant, just like aspirin changed the medicine world, this so-called drug will also change it in a similar way…which is a bunch of BS…
Aspirin has NOTHING to do with this company or its drug or FDA..

As for EHP, as I mentioned earlier, the fine prints in their offerings has soo many red flags for me .. also, $6/share is wayyyyy too high for pre-IPO, especially for a clinical trial company which has very high likelihood of failing in so many ways…
These companies are better off buying after IPO (when most risks are covered & commercialization plan is clear). Right now, they are just 15 people sitting in a room & playing around….I don’t wanna pay a cent..

Excellent points. I have a bad feeling about this one as well. The stock price and the $3K minimum. $3K is still a pittance for private placement, but the norm seems to be more $1K or $1200. Just sounds like someone is getting greedy.

I agree with Randeep. We are smarter than this. Need to each kick in $250 and coop a subscription. We will waste more value in time trying to second guess his picks. And time is of the essence on these.

Charles, for all likelihood, it’s EHP only…

I have recently started following Teeka (from a YouTube ad).. Btw, has anyone ever benefitted from his previous recommendations? Just trying to gauge if he is even 10% of what he claims to be or it’s all sham..

As for EHP… I has posted a message few days ago with my concerns…re-pasting here… would like to get you guys opinion on each of it (for brain storming)..

1: it’s only 15 employee company… too tiny for my comfort
2: too many caveats in the fine print
3: no clear path for commercialization
4: they only need $37m in total funding.. if this is such a great buy, why can’t palm beach scoop up all shares?… it should be peanuts for them…till date they have only secured $10-12m funding…

Importantly, this company should not be a secret to VCs & all. If Teeka knows it, they would know too… why would they let go of this opportunity? $20-30 million should be pocket change for them… they can scoop up the whole company…
It’s not making sense to me…

I will say this. Teeka was way ahead of the curve on Crypto. I decided to mine Ethereum instead of buying his crypto newsletter. It cost about the same, but instead of getting in when I first saw the pitch, it delayed me as the mining took time to accumulate crypto. Had I purchased the newsletter and bought the recommendations when I heard about it, I would have retired in 2018. The life changing wealth was made in about a 3 to 6 month period. His last teaser seemed like a dud, but this one does have promise. VCs could scoop up everything in Microinvest, Republic, Startengine, Seedinvest and Wefunder without breaking a sweat. Here is my take:

1) I think that some of them are in the development stage that would have originally been funded by relatives or their own money. Think Steve Jobs and Woz in their garage.
2) Some of them are dogs, that I can’t see any value in.
3) Some are one-shots like the movies that are trying to get funded. Unless you are interested in the “social justice” end of it, why bother? They are effectively charitable excursions and probably belong on Gofundme.
4) Some are specific to small populations and thus have a limited market. One location night clubs, breweries, restaurants.
5) Some are viable. They have good teams and are positioned well. Perhaps they just haven’t been noticed. I like “Graze” that is developing the autonomous commercial mowers and “GeneSystems” that has a cancer screening test.

I do think that there are some gems on the funding sites.. That said, Emerald and Flora Grow aren’t listed on the regular sites. They sell shares directly from their sites. Perhaps they want to cut out the VC folks and the equity that they would demand for underwriting it, or would rather be funded by regular folks. Or they may not be in the right stage to get VC. I am going to the SEC and mine their info for private placements like this. I think that will be fertile ground.

Seriously, it would be good to have a group that cooperates on research and/or coops these newsletters. Travis witches the teasers, but he can’t give us the recommendations in these newsletters because the info is not out there.

I looked at Twitter early on. Thought “Why on earth would anyone be interested in someone else’s texts”, and “how much info can you send 150 characters at a time?”. Also looked at Bitcoin at $12 and thought it was a scam. Point is, none of us know what it likely to become adopted or what folks will invest in that will make it rise meteorically. I think Teeka does have a sixth sense about that.

Also, if you do the maths, Palm beach guys are claiming 1500 people bought it so far.. it means, likely they’ve already raked in 1500 x 2500= $3.7 m as Palm Beach Venture Subscription fees from this hype. They can easily buy majority shares for free on this..

Hi, I’m thankful I found this discussion as well re: Teeka’s Set For Life. I did not buy it b/c of the cost as well- and they wouldn’t tell me what the minimum investment was when I called in for more info.

Therefore I went on a research dive to see what I could find.

It looks like when one goes to invest in EHP they ask how you heard about them: “Palm Beach Venture” Is an option.

It makes me curious if this is the biotech he was talking about.

And it looks like we can invest as individuals.

Thoughts?

You can search the latest exempt offering SEC 1-A applications here:

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=&CIK=&type=1-A&owner=include&count=100&action=getcurrent

These are the private offerings that may or may not be available to small investors. Covers the last couple of days and most seem to not be very impressive.
