CleanSpark 🙂
Haven’t ever looked at CleanSpark, but that was a pretty brutal pricing for their secondary on Tuesday, followed by a pretty high-profile short attack. Not much “real” to the company at this point when it comes to revenues, seems mostly to be a story stock bouncing around on attention.
So found this online about clean spark :
NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Scott+Scott Attorneys at Law LLP (“Scott+Scott”), an international shareholder and consumer rights litigation firm, announces the filing of a class action lawsuit against CleanSpark, Inc. (“CleanSpark” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CLSK) and certain of its officers, alleging violations of federal securities laws. If you purchased CleanSpark stock or securities between December 31, 2020 and January 14, 2021 (the “Class Period”), and have suffered a loss, you are encouraged……
I removed the lawyers contact info in the cut and paste
Further : The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that the defendants made materially false and/or misleading statements, as well as failed to disclose material adverse facts about the Company’s business, operations, and prospects. Specifically, CleanSpark failed to disclose to investors: (1) that the Company had overstated its customer and contract figures; and (2) that several of the Company’s recent acquisitions involved undisclosed related party transactions.
