Anyone following TSNP. This is a small penny stock currently worth. 02 a share. They just merged with HUMBLpay a competitor to SQ and PYPL in Latin America. A lot of big things are happening by Dec 9. This is a SPAC before the spac. Personally to me it looks like a big move is coming as most SPACs are $10/share. It’s hard to pass up 40,000 shares x .02 for $800 risk for potential $40k or $400k. A lot of volume picking it up very cheap. Not a pump and dump.

Sounds great: however, as to the $12 G, you haven’t made anything yet unless you have sold some of your holdings.

Gee, wish I knew when it was at 0.001.
Do you think at the current price is too much to pay for?

Thanks for mentioning this, zbarker. I’m the buy and hold type so I’ve never bought penny stocks before but have wanted to. You’ve given me the excuse to dip my toes in the water. I only invested what I’m willing to lose, just $500, bought yesterday for $.022 while it was up only 6% for the day. It would go up over 30% later in the day. Hoping for massive gains in the future! Looks like December 9 is a date to check for new news on this company… Thanks again for mentioning TSNP, soon to be HUMBL.

This was a 10 bagger for me yesterday at it’s high. A 10 bagger in under a week! Assuming things so well for the company I plan is to hold this for 5+ years. At $.022 per share that’s worth $22,727 per $1 of stock so yea if it went to $200 like you think I’d have $4.5 million. I ain’t holding my breath on that but either way the future looks bright.

Zbarker , THANK YOU! I’ve always stayed away from penny stocks in the past, but there was “something” about your reco which made me look further into the company and open a tiny position. Now I wish I had done better than microdose.

I’d give you double votes for each of your thumbs but alas, the Gumshoe system provides voting up only in the Comments section, ignoring the author that starts a discussion. (Sigh.)

Thanks zbarker. I bought in a few days ago after seeing your post. I’ll hold to see how far this goes. Looks like a really promising company.

I’m new to trading, in penny stock trading is there any risk other than just losing your money? Any other liability? or is it illegal to trade certain penny stocks?

The reason I’m asking is becuase my current brokerage firm doesn’t allow me to buy penny stocks. Also when I was trying to get information from another brokerage firm, they sound like there is more risk involved than just losing your money.

I suppose it’s theoretically possible that there’s risk involved in trading suspect stocks, though I’ve never heard of anyone getting in trouble for that unless they were engaged in illegal promotion or publicizing a stock without disclosing their personal interest.

Most brokers are trying to steer you away from those kinds of stocks both for your own good, some are more paternalistic in that area than others, and, probably, because they don’t want the liability that might arise from giving inexperienced traders easy access to junk.

Currently I’m with Fidelity and wanted to open a new Roth IRA account. I’m thinking of opening it with another brokerage just to have additional facilities that might be useful.

e.g. I was looking for extended hours and only webull is there and I didn’t find it comfortable after reading few reviews.

In fact I don’t know what would be helpful for me, but wondering if any other brokerage could provide me some advantages in addition to what I get from Fidelity.

Hi, Just joined and stumbled upon this thread. Went to Yahoo and seen the usual Pump and Dump nonsense. Was surprised to see some on this board engaged in the same behavior too. This stock has over 4 billion shares outstanding. If you got in at less than a few cents congrats, take the money and run. I have not been here long enough to form a strong opinion, but it i sad to see pumping on something I am paying for. HUMBL is not unique or without massive competition.

Normally I would say to run as fast as you can, but these are not normal times, so who knows, it could be 2.00 tomorrow. This is the world of “exuberance” we live in. Been there in 1987, 1998, 2001, 2008. They all ended the same way. I am hard pressed to believe this will be anything but worse, because the delusion of “riches” is so ingrained in people. Also, with a Federal Reserve assisting the criminal Financial Markets, by making achieving a reasonable yield on investments, difficult, or impossible, with minimal risk.

So one is left to “speculate”. I think at this point no one can reasonably call this “investing” anymore. This system is incredibly broken and when it does finally break, it will do so for good. You see volatility like energy can not be created or destroyed. It is simply transferred. Lack of it in the market, has been transferred to a much more dangerous place. Society.

Anyhow, back to this, ah position.. Just bear in mind this company, of course has no revenue, is in beta, has 4 billion shares outstanding and the acquiring company, was a failed flooring company. Just want to inject a tad bit of common sense into the discussion, but I reserve the right to be dead wrong and if someone has something better to say than “BUY BUY BUY” I look forward to hearing it.

PS It is encouraging that it was brought up when it was around a penny at least and not recently.

It sure looks like a pump and dump scheme. Smells like it too. Looks to have already peaked. A CT based flooring company “Merging” with an electronic payment company?

Attn: TSNP Holders. Could someone reading this that does NOT use the E-Trade’s platform check on Friday’s (Dec 4th) final price in the Extended Session? I found the following screen shot alarming. The Bid/Ask spread in Extended Trading is within the range of the closing price of $0.21 during the regular session. However, the final Extended Hour price is less than 2 cents – i.e. a whopping 91% dump on the stock!

I’m trying to verify if there’s a serious disconnect in E-Trade’s data feed, being that the cut-off time is only 5:00pm instead of the usual 8:00pm for all other stocks, or if a massive sell-off awaits the retail investor on Monday morning.

zbarker, I sure am thankful for your post. Your post here let to my very first penny stock purchase. of TSNP. The ticker is being changed to HMBL as of March 26. They did a reverse split which has the stock price as of now just over $4. I believe this will be up listed to NASDAQ some day. I still have my shares at two cents each (now eight cents after the split). Thank you zbarker.

Zbarker – hope you held at least through the middle of last week, which would make for a very nice start to 2021. I got in a bit higher – $,40 range, but still in the black, even with the recent slide. Always keeping my eyes open for other opportunities like this. $ATDS is one I’ve been watching.
