Upcoming DatChat IPO

Does anyone have an opinion on the upcoming DatChat IPO[1]. It looks like they have a good and somewhat exciting product, but I don’t know whether they will be able to gain large market share quickly. Any opinions??

Datchat has only e 2 employees and maybe overpriced at $2 per share pre ipo
