Lots of fluctuation in all of those trends in the last week, eh?

I wouldn’t be so quick to give up on all of this year’s winners if you’re a long-term investor, some trends like e-commerce and distributed work and increased cloud/SaaS demand aren’t going anywhere even if the transition slows back down a wee bit. Valuations might well come under scrutiny again, but the best of these companies can likely grow into those valuations. I’d be more worried about the possibility that a second dip to the recession could hit as we wait for a vaccine, but as long as the market continues to believe that a vaccine will be available within a year we can look past that. At least, for the companies who won’t go bankrupt in the meantime.
