I wanted to get your take on this. I’ve been watching it and waiting for it to crash thinking it’s a pump and dump[1]. But there is news about the merger that seems legit and might
be something there.

Hi I know what you mean. I’m not sure what is holding this up. 4 billion shares outstanding! A flooring company and a money transfer app in beta. I know enough to just watch and scour the web for similar plays that have not run up. congrats to any that got a piece of this , maybe check on it in a few weeks when the dust settles, but @ 1.00 it will have a 4 billion dollar valuation. I’ll pass for now, unless someone could explain the value, which I have not found yet.
Don’t know anything about those little penny stocks, sorry — the chart does look like a classic “pump and dump” stock, though I haven’t seen it “pumped” personally.
HUML sky rocket to $7.00 then went back down to 3.00 I’ll be watching from the sidelines to see what happens next.
Oops, need to watch those letters! You’re looking at the price activity of Humble Energy Inc (HUML).
However, Tesoro Enterprises (TSNP) merged with HUMBL, LLC , a digital payment company, on Dec 9th. The latter is currently undergoing a name change to HUMBL, Inc. When registration paperwork is completed, the new corporation’s symbol will be HMBL.

Best!
Thank you. After the presentation. What your thoughts? Its either going to be huge or the biggest scam, as in the biggest pump and dump ever. lol
For all of you interested in HMBL it has turned the corner and is ready to take off. From the flooring days of TSNP which has now become Humbl they have multiple revenue streams in play with NFT’s, Humbl Ticketing, P2P payments, BLOCK chain technology (Block 30), Humbl Marketplace. Their share price has been heavily manipulated by the MM’s since the 4:1 reverse split in February which saw it take off above $7 back down to a steal at $.73 / share. If you are on twitter look up @DrummerDude1969 who has posted some excellent DD on all of revenue verticals that HMBL is working on, what they’ve accomplished and where they are heading. For an OTC company that has only been in business since Feb 2021 and is already showing a profit is remarkable. They just had their shareholders conference in Nashville and starting to hit on all cylinders. I have been in since the TSNP days and is definitely a long term hold with a lot of upside. Worth a look and would love any feedback from those who were researching late 2019 / early 2020. Q3 revenues due out within a few weeks which will show major progress.
