Newsletter service recommendation

Hi,
I am trying to decide between the following newsletter services. I probably want to subscribe to two newsletter services.
I would appreciate if some of you can share your opinion (pros/cons) and may be you can rank them. Which of them covers technology and disruptive technology and health sciences sector better?
1: Nate’s Notes (I have already subscribed to this. But the best part is that they will refund the prorates subscription amount)
2: Simply Wall St
3: Tactical Investor[1]
4: Strategic Trend Investor[2]
