In tracking one of my micro-caps im seeing a divergence where my otc ticker vsbgf is down around 10% today but the same stock is up 10% on its canadian exchange listing. I realize these are otc micro’s so essentially anything goes but im curious if any of you have experienced this as well and whatvdata or inference can i glean from the diverging numbers. As this stock is doing pretty well it doesnt seem like an end of year tax sale. Thoughts?

The Canadian markets were closed yesterday for Boxing day. So today is is doing catch up. My guess is your stock was up yesterday? If you convert the per share price on the Canadian market from CAD to USD, you will likely get very close to the price on the OTC market. Same type of discrepancy on SHOP which is dual listed on the US as well as Canadian market.
