It supposedly will revolutionize the way electricity is developed for entire cities.

Yes it’s “SolarWindow Technologies”, an OTC stock with ticker WNDW. A South Korean company has invented a transparent liquid spray that turns all glass eg windows, into solar panels ! They are only supplying the US market initially.
I covered that teaser pitch here: https://www.stockgumshoe.com/reviews/green-chip-stocks/checking-out-siegels-pitch-about-spray-on-solar-cells-and-elon-musks-big-bombshell/
It has been promised for many years, using essentially the same ad, and remains not ready for prime time — but still cool and hopeful. There are lots of companies working on similar technologies, none of them are the “spray on an existing window to make it magically generate electricity” that is implied, but yes, lots of glass additives and coatings, including some that can generate electricity, are applied to glass panels in liquid form… in the glass, window or panel manufacturing process, not on the side of your house.
There’s another cool one in California called Ubiquitous Energy that’s tryin to use a infrared-absorbing dye to generate electrical current in transparent glass, with the goal to make windows as well, but Solar Window (WNDW) is the only one that’s a public penny stock and is very promotional, with relationships with promoters and newsletter pundits, so it’s the one we’ll hear about most often.
Jeff, good points. However, as WNDW is an OTC stock, I don’t know if it’s because I’m a Brit but i’ve lost the will trying to find out how to invest in OTC stocks. It seems an impossible task.
No, this has been described as replacing power plants for entire cities, and pictures have been shown of trailer sized batteries and then it shows a black box on the top of a table. Companies like Sila ( which is private) and $ETN have been mentioned. This will definitely reduce the cost of electricity.
The ad also mentions this is the result of knowledge from an ex-employee of Tesla referred as employee number 7
If you’re referring to the bigger picture energy storage pitch, then no, that’s not Solar Window (WNDW) — that’s most likely the pitch from Paul Mampilly that we covered here about the “12 million mile battery” revolution, a piece in which Sila and Eaton were both featured, or perhaps the Fessler/Oxford Club pitch for fuel cells and Bloom Energy that we covered here.
That’s it Travis, It came from Mampilly, I’ve seen that box in another presentation I think it was Jeff Brown. This has supposedly been set up in 32 states I was curious if you heard anything else. $ETN has had a run up recently . Thanks fo your help.

mampilly has newline out similar its a new battery that can go across the country 4 times on 1 charge it is also 2500 % times more powerful than existing batteries the rest of the story about this former inventor being with Tesla is similar to above story do we know about this
Haven’t seen any really different ads along those lines, so I’ll keep an eye out but it’s probably still the same, still a bait-and-switch tease about Sila (which is still private) that actually points to some more boring investments.
