By bigkahuana, January 25, 2021

Why has this money losing, do nothing for years stock, suddenly gone from pennies, to over a buck, practically overnight on no news. Can anyone make sense of this ?

I feel your frustration because I would have bought more shares. I usually refer to the OTCMarkets.com website and browse in the “News” or “Disclosure” tabs. Click on “Disclosure” then click on “Supplemental Information” dated 01/07/2021. It will bring up a letter copy about “Entry into a material definitive agreement.”

Not gonna hear about this one on those major cable financial/business networks.
Hope this helps.

Haven’t seen anything lately, but AMLM has been the focus of paid promotion campaigns in the past as a lithium story.

the reason could be as simple as Robinhood traders buying up anything under a dollar with the name lithium in it.. 🙂
