GAN: Thoughts on the Employee Stock Purchase Plan

Has anyone had a chance to read the prospectus? I do agree allowing employees to take a stake in their own company is a positive on a couple of levels: however, how does it typically effect current shareholders when the employees instantly get a 15% discounted price. Is anyone aware of any studies to that effect?
