I heard itโs Cloudastructure. 1 unit =$1 =2 shares
I am not sure why more people are not interested to know more about this topic. Pre ipo is the perfect investment. My guess is the people in the know keep it quiet and horde the information for themselves. I can respect that if they paid the $2,500 to get it, but some of us are trying to make the initial start and are late in the game and don’t have that kind of money to throw out at possible gains, and possibly losing it which would be devastating.

Won’t lie its not 2.5k its 5k we pay for the information so yes most people do not won’t to just give that information up its like saying a friend that you invest with both of you have investment accounts both of you have money and are doing good and you turn around and tell your friend hey bro there’s this subscription that sounds very very promising we could make some serious money here but the subscription cost 5k we should split the cost of the subscription and we help each other out its on Pre IPO’s investing in company’s before they go public we can get in for penny’s instead of dollars no you know both of you have the same amount of money and he says no not interested or can’t afford it and you pay for it on your own the whole 5k and he says 12 months later hey bro there’s this new company just came out on my subscription that I paid $199 for its only $5 per share gives you the ticker and its your Pre IPO that you paid $0.50 the same one you put 5k into 12 months ago he wants to put 5k into it at $5 thats 1k shares and he’s proud of him self to have found it and you say wow this the same stock I pitched to you for your help with and I put 5k in but this was at $0.50 and my 5k has alloted to 10k shares so my 5k investment today is worth 50k and yours is worth 5k still and know he wants in do you give it to him for free he was about to put 5k into a stock but you can’t afford to help me with 2.5k and your 2.5k and 5k investment 12 months ago would have been 50k its worth 7.5k to me for this information so how do we know who can afford it and who can’t afford it I know 5 out of 5 people that I pick that can and just don’t want to so you paid the 5k that noone would yet they all want the pie

It is Cloudastructure I am invested in it and would recommend checking them out also you may want to take a look at a few more on the way his $.75 weed stock was Flora Growth also in invested there and should be IPO real soon here they have acquired the Nasdaq ticker FLGC and should IPO at about $4.50 sounds good to me already they are doing a 1 for 3 split so technically I doubled my investment in the company already so ya take a look at these if you like I do have positions in these I list

Hi, I invested early last year and just got an email for Warrant Exercise… did anybody else got it too?

Yes, I received this email as well. Just reviewing it now. Not sure what it means when it says the warrants expire in August? Do you know what this means?
Oh, I see it now – we need to exchange the warrant for shares by the expire date.
As part of your initial investment, you have the right to purchase additional shares at a discounted price (I think it’s $0.75/share). That right has to be exercised within 18-months from the date of your original investment. If you think Cloudastructure will go public and want to buy more shares, you can do so though the warrant purchase. Or, you can do nothing and just keep your original investment. That being said, the initially offering is still available and the shares are still cheaper vs. exercising the warrants. Hope this helps…
Super helpful @willykid. I had just emailed Cloudastructure asking about the additional exercise shares. Your reply explains it ๐ I think I’ll stick with my initial offering.
Adding … tomorrow is Cloudastructure’s first annual investor meeting. Hope they discuss their path towards potentially IPO’ing this year. We shall see …
