I love the way Ray Blanco wants beta testers, but also wants us to pay for the privilege. I have been following his newsletters randomly and it seems to me he is in the business of selling newsletters, not trading. The latest teaser is about micro caps. Anyone here have handle on micro caps? They are not even on my radar – Thanks
