I have watched, essentially this subscription shows the ways to invest in Pre IPO, which can give great profits. I am also looking for more information!

I researched online, I found a website ourcrowd.com, I guess he may suggest this website with company recommendations.
Looks like that is one of the many “pre-ipo” company/sites that sell shares of private companies that may go public some day. I used a company called prior to IPO recently (which is a group that works with late stage management) to buy and then sell shares of private companies. I just got shares of Addepar, Rublix, and SoFi from them. 25K min initial investment.. then each subsequent one has a 10K min. Most of the pre-ipo companies have min requirements of 100K, so i was happy to find this one. They even let me rollover an IRA because otherwise I would not have wanted to put up 25K. SoFi is likely to merge with one of Chamath’s SPAC’s and it quite a bit higher than 17 a share. so that investment is already looking great.

I joined Angels & Entrepreneurs Network; StartEngine with Kevin (Mr. Wonderful) is crowdfunding; and Republic. All are connected to Angels & Entrepreneurs. Have new start ups regularly sometimes invest $100 and up. Their selection is fantastic; 3D printing, Solar Roadways,
ABii Robotics for children classrooms, etc. I joined a year ago average price per share is $4.50 on most companies I bought. Internet calls it a scam. It is new but Kevin McClary is associated with it. I would think he would not be involved in a scam. He is basically Start Engine crowdfunding.
Yes there are numerous crowdfunding websites that occasionally have Reg A+ offerings. My understanding is that if a company is doing a Reg A+ offering on one of these sites, then it is exclusive to that platform and cannot be listed somewhere else. I would just caution you about investing in Reg CF deals, it is very hard to get the money out, unless they IPO (none have so far as I know). I could not get comfortable with how to exit.

I don’t think it is a SPAC, they usually IPO at $10 and Teeka’s recommendation is at $0.50 a share.
I am also wondering what the minimum to invest is.

Looks like they are doing it for 1.00 a share now. 75 cent warrants. oh nevermind, the 1 dollar gets you two shares, so 50 cents a share. I feel ya now. plus a warrant. Interesting.

I’m a paying member of the Palm Beach Letter, because it’s all I can afford. Every time he does one of these, it just boils down to a advertisement for one of his $2500 clubs. I thought the Letter was supposed to get me stock tips, but yet to get this one, I have to pay $2500?
At least Palm Beach Research Group is offering an additional discount for existing subscribers. PB Venture discounted to $1995. I am currently on the PB Confidential trial but I have yet to try to see if I qualify for the discount on a trial basis. After briefly looking into how to get into the blueprint path of pre-IPO game, other private companies like *JP Morgan Chase can charge 2-5% to get you through the VC door. I don’t personally know how this program works (ie: any back-end fees, min. requirements, if third party fund managers they are contracting and which companies they are sourcing shares from). Has anyone here considered investing in Teeka’s 1st tech pick? If so, has anyone hired a securities attorney to look into the legitimacy of this company? Or is it just buyer beware in this space**?

It is a Reg A+ offering. They are straight forward to invest in, you just go to the investment webpage and fill out the information and make a payment. There is no need for a lawyer, unless you like paying lawyers and need their advice on a $500 investment.
I researched the company thanks to Glove77. That is the company that Teeka is promoting, you can verify the company on Crunchbase. Minimum investment is $500, which equates to 1,000 shares and 500 warrants.

Yes, this is why I dropped the service. His “lifetime” PB Letter. all you get is occasional reports on macro ideas and what he’s pitched before. then a new call every month pitching a new idea he has. it’s exhausting, but whatever.

Thanks for your information. In Teeka’s report on Cloud Structure, in his Palm Beach Venture service, does he mention what his growth projection for the company is? I heard somewhere 100x is mentioned. Also, in what time frame is this growth projected? 5 years? 1 year?

Thank you glove77! I’ve been searching all over the internet for this ONE, VITAL piece of information to see if it’s worth the $2k sub! How did you confirm that Teeka was talking about Cloudastructure? The $0.50pps and urgency match up with Freedom 2021 but I have yet to read through their circular and SEC filings to see if it is legit. I’d love to hear about your experience with Teeka’s recommendation(s) and with his blueprint path. Thanks for your time and input!

According to their website their shares are $1 ea. Teeka said the one he was recommending was .50 ea.

Just trying to help out those that don’t have the funds. I do so I help others to reach there freedom goal. Yes Teeka is the real deal! In 2014 and 2016 he told people to get in bitcoin at $400 and now look where its at!

I have no knowledge of Teeka’s current tease but I did subscribe to one of his services a long time ago. One which was supposed to give advice on entry and exit strategies for mutual funds. I never got any useful information so I let the subscription lapse.

Regarding other Teeka recommendations that are still open – Emerald Health is. They just opened up another offering. When I invested in their last one, it required a $3000 minimun – $6 per share.
I invested in two others – Flora Growth and Winc, but they are already closed.

In video Teeka mentioned that Marc Andreesen was investor but I cannot find that Andreesen is invested in Cloudastructure. Is there a different company he is recommending that Andreesen is invested in?
How would you even verify that if they don’t show investors.
He said the AA accelerator invested in the deal. The AA that Andreeesen used to invest in the deals he mentioned.
Ok, did he way AA accelerator had invested in Cloudastructure … or was it in one of the other deals Teeka mentioned? There are other websites that list companies Andreesen Horowitz is invested in…a little different label than AA Accelerator…but just trying to get as much detail on other investors as possible.

Hello Yakubu – I asked Cloudastructure and they do not have projected date yet for going public. Minimum investment is $500.
The closing date to invest is July 9, 2021.
This company, cloudastructure has been around developing security technologies for at least 9 years or more.
Hasn’t this type of security technology existed already for a number of years and is already being used?
I think so. I’m wondering why they’re going public now after being relatively silent for the past 3 years.
I was going to invest but then I began to wonder what other applications their technology would be good for after the pandemic is over. Furthermore, doesn’t this technology already exist in the palm of our hands? I have yet to think of a compelling reason why companies would pay large premiums to upgrade, replace, adopt or pay for this kind of service in general unless they’ve had prior incidents that require quick searches of archived footage. 9 years ago this may have been relevant but with the advancement of smartphone technology may be making what Cloudastructure is offering obsolete. I’d like to hear what all of you think?
