Katusa’s Gold IPO

Not too many details, minimum investment is $2,500, which includes warrants[1]. Will be listed on NYSE. During presentation, he took a shot at all “the stock gumshoes”. Also stated that individuals associated with this IPO[2] are well known in the gold[3] industry. No luck so far, wondering if it is a royalty company?
