Real-time stock tracker sreadsheet options

I need a better system to track my investments. I trade 4 accounts on TDAmeritrade, and I am disappointed in their spreadsheet options[1]. I have customized the view, but it is limited. Ideally I want to see all of my accounts in an at-a-glance, updateable (real-time) spreadsheet, with more color options and columns for note-taking. Seems like this would be possible on TDA. I have not used Think or Swim, so I don’t know if that’s a possibility. I do not have a paid subscription for Excel, but I have used Google sheets. I tried to export my TDA spreadsheet but it was in xls format. Do most people export into Excel and manually update prices? What are my options? Any input would be greatly appreciated!
