what do I do about a stock advisor who does not honor his agreement….. such as Angel publishing and the fools… I was promised two years by the fools and the Year by Angel I got three months out both of them. The only people that have helped me in honor do agreement and actually been any helped me at all and this has been stock gumshoe.

I mean initially Angel publishing did give me five good stocks off the bat after that they wanted more money for everything they told me about.
The fools just about everything they have cost a fortune I got like one or two good things off that I was supposed to have 2 years with them on the advisory and now they want more money from me after 3 months so who do I go to to report these people for theft. I have tried emailing them and discuss them with them and they have straight up ignore me
. I feel like I’ve been totally robbed by these people I would appreciate any assistance at all about who to talk to I tried Googling it and come up with nobody I have emails stating that we made these deals to and I paid these people and it is done do not hold up their agreement.
I would appreciate any help thank you I had no idea who else to talk to

I have no idea what your situation is, but it’s certainly true that every publisher uses the “funnel” strategy — bring in lots of subscribers to the low-cost newsletters at $49 (or whatever), and then constantly push them to upgrade to more expensive services. Did you actually lose access to the initial products you bought, or did they just pepper you with promos to buy something different to make you feel like the product you bought wasn’t enough?

From what i’ve been told, the Motley Fool is generally good about partial refunds for unused subscriptions, other than with their pricier offerings (the “no refund” portfolio programs). I don’t know about Angel, though I do know that they had a rift recently with a couple of their authors leaving and some of their letters being canceled, so maybe that has something to do with it. I would call their customer service people, emails are easier to ignore and sometimes it takes a real person on the phone to solve a problem. You can always complain to your credit card company if you were really given a bait and switch or had your service stopped by the publisher, but you’d probably have to have a clear understanding of what they sold you and what they promised.

I have had SIMILAR experience FROM BOTH, also!

I WAS able to DEMAND my CC card company fix ALL BUT ONE SUCH B&S from Mr. โ€œMy kid had a bad diseaseโ€, guy! He even SUGGESTS โ€œ use this OTHER EMAIL address INSTEAD of my REGULAR one!

I DECIDED NO MORE OF THIS CRAP and LOCKED THE DOOR!

Came out a REASONABLY inexpensive FIX!

IF you lose from Stock GumShoe, you are out LESS than a HUNDRED! However, I DOUBT you will if YOU say the PC thing!
