Investing Today January 2023 showed up in the mail. Newsprint mailing that promotes Alpha Lithium. Lots of good information about lithium and pending shortages. Alpha Lithium has otc stock symbol APHLF. Price has varied 40 cents to $1.
The claim was made that Alpha Lithium bought mining rights to lithium rich territory.
On page 13 the fine print discloses that Alpha Lithium paid Promethium Marketing Inc $10,589, 520 to produce the add. It paid Lee Bellinger $35,000 for use of his name in the piece.
Company information on their website lists: Size of Issuer (Assets): $25,000,001 to $100,000,000
Not totally sure of the significance of the range; possibly the value of their mining leases. Thus about 40% – 10% of its value was spent on this one advertisement.
Possibly they have a bright future. The company seems very aggressive in its marketing.
If it goes back to 40c/sh I may buy some as a speculation.
