Haven’t ever looked at Star Bulk. In general, there’s almost always pretty meaningful insider selling for companies that have IPO’d in the past year or two — insiders often spend 5-10 years earning stock options without the ability to cash in if they’re founders or early employees, and selling some is prudent.
There are always extremes, but I usually look at insider buying as a positive and insider selling as just the absence of a positive. Insiders clearly have more information, but they are not necessarily any better at predicting the movements of a stock price over a few years than outsiders.

Correction is in process in this (RIOT) stock currently. The technical support price(20 day MA) is at $53.20 per share level. I’ll be Buying more at that per share Price. Look Closely ! Also, the 52 week percentage gain in per share price is over 2900% gain as of March 1, 2021.
