Hi,
Has anyone else had trouble accessing your account on Coinbase? I have an authenticator, enter the code from the authenticator and repeatedly get the message ‘invalid code’. Coinbase help hasn’t been any help with their canned FAQs. Responding to their suggestion to email coinbase support.com got me a message from Yahoo to correct the email address.
Any suggestions?

I had problems a few months ago. They suddenly said I needed to RE-verify my ID again. Their support was useless – kept emailing incorrect information and instructions to me. It took 2 months to fix. I now only leave only a very small amount on Coinbase.
Persevere with support and try different things to fix it.
(1) Do you have more than one entry for Coinbase in your authenticator? I have three, and only the code from the last one works. (2) Are you using a proper authenticator? Maybe you’re using, say, Google Authenticator and should be using, say, Duo Mobile?
I have used Coinbase for many months now with absolutely no problem (once I figured out –which took just minutes– which of the 3 Coinbase entries in my authenticator to use).
