Hi,
I am new to Stock Gumshoe and hope this is the correct forum, I signed up to a couple of the Investor Place basic services ($99) and to be fair I think they give lots of information and compared to some services in the UK are like Stock Gumshoe, generous with their time and information. Last night on Luke Lango’s site he updated about QuantumScape and an apparent note, looks like a short seller but looking at QuantumScape and it’s recent performance even before this note and it’s off it’s Dec highs ($130ish) to $36.
Does anyone have a view on QuantumScape and are we in a “growth at any price” market.
Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated, thanks

I don’t have any info on QS, but would just keep in mind that Luke Lango is extremely extremely bullish on the stock market in general. I’m down quite a bit on many of his picks and regretting them.
Thanks for the reply, I think your comment is pretty astute. I see on Seeking Alpha the same thing, a few people follow Skillz and are wholly positive on it, even after it being decimated, it seems as if there is a badge of honour in being able to stomach massive drawdowns.
I’m in the UK but the potential tax rises in the US are relevant here also for anyone who owns US shares. Louis Navellier post out a post declaring they won’t happen, firstly who knows but it’s that same bullishness that can get one into trouble.
Here’s another article that mentions QuantumScape. It is a long-term investment.
