I have not had a direct response. However, further investigation produced several subscribers who had various negative complaints. There were a few with positive complaints. Some were with positive complaints but with a caveat as to why they were positive. Some of the negative complaints were resonating with doubts I had in the first place. I let discretion be the better part of velour and decided NOT to subscribe to it.
