written by reader Does anyone tease or talk about undervalued small cap stocks?

In a market that’s featured growth stocks for so many years, I’m wondering if there are any good sources for good value companies, particularly small cap value. The Motley Fool[1] does small cap but they mostly focus on hyper growth companies with high P/Es (with a few exceptions like Camper Holdings).

  1. There are always folks looking for those, but they’re not sexy and popular and they often require a lot of patience, so they don’t lead to lots of teaser pitches. I keep an eye out for them, like Tiptree, and love to find “hidden value” in smaller stocks, but they tend to be oddball stories that I come by almost accidentally.
