written by reader Jeff Brown’s “The Pre-IPO Code”

I know that Travis dedicated a very informative article to Jeff Brown[1]’s Pre-IPO[2] code tease in January of this year, but, since I received an email from Brownstone very recently with a link to Jeff Brown’s video presentation titled “The Pre-IPO Code” and I watched the video for 90%, I felt that it might be helpful for others to post my opinion about Brownstone.
He starts the presentation by saying that Wallstreet is robbing small private investors of the opportunity to make money upon the IPO of a company. Then, he mentions that this has now changed due to legal changes.
Early in the presentation he promises to give away “FOR FREE” a few pre-IPO codes of companies in which viewers can invest. By the time I expected to hear/see the free tips, he started pushing a “special offer” for a subscription to his new ‘Blank Check Speculator’ newsletter in which at least one new Pre-IPO code would be revealed monthly.
After sitting through more than one hour of his bragging I felt robbed when I discovered that it was just another attempt to get $2000 from us, the viewers of the video.
Based on this experience, I would normally already have decided to ignore all further emails etc. from Jeff Brown. However, Jeff Brown seems to have access to valuable information, particularly when it comes to new technology investment opportunities, but the constant upselling irritates me. And will the Pre-IPO codes (if they are given without further upselling) be worth $2000 ?

I just saw a presentation of Jeff Brown in which he announces the launch of a new service “Brownstone Unlimited” which includes lifetime access to all his present services and newsletters for just $5000.
Although it “lifetime” and “unlimited”, at some point in the video he indicates that it is possible that he will introduce new services in the future that will not fall within the unlimited lifetime access.
Sio, I find this “Brownstone Unlimited” offer at the least potentially misleading.
