can’t work in a enclosed building and your hand just holding the phone is enough to block the signal. What is your take on his latest claims? Thank you.

  1. Generally true that the most signal-dense 5G signals have trouble with obstacles because the wavelength is shorter. There are some longer (non mm-wave) 5G signals too, but in general 5G needs more base stations to provide coverage.

    The idea that this somehow makes LEO satellite internet better is laughable, I think that satellite ad is what you’re referring to, but it’s true that 5G has challenges that require more and better equipment.
