Apparently, Teeka’s “The Super Halving” event refers to a complete stop in new supply of Bitcoin that according to Teeka will happen this year instead of the originally intended year 2140 (120 years from now!).
He claims that there will be 6 small altcoins that will see a price increase that will be much higher than the price increase that Bitcoin itself will experience from the full cut off of the new supply of Bitcoin.

Especially his mining stock picks. My entire portfolio is almost 85% down from ATH. But I won’t sell. HODL ftw!!!
My portfolio is down about 40% over all, but like you I’m still hodling. Fortunately because I follow this message board (and a few others) I did not invest in coins/tokens or use platforms that have had negative news (potential fraud, scandal, etc.) this year.
It seems the majority of us are in the same boat. But I do believe it’s so silly that the markets could turn this bad. I lost some holdings in celsius, and as soon as that happened, I moved to self-storage. The problem is equity market is down very much too. Let’s ride this together and hope the situation turns good soon!
Just got a sell alert for REN. Something about getting funding from the FTX mess. Other than that just HODL. Some say the bottom is in but who knows.

I bought a bunch of Teekas recommended cryptos in 2018. My plan was to exit Halloween 2021 but when the time came everything was going so well I let it ride. By then I was getting more knowledgeable about crypto and also has bought about 1000 worth of LUNA at .02-.04 my portfolio was 170k for 25k invested . I should have taken profits. The top was thanksgiving 2021. You guys can probably guess the rest. However even with everything dropping to the bottom I’m still ahead. Enj, MANA, LINK, and CRO were some of the biggest gainers. I bought CRO for .05 and it went to over $1. Why did I let it lapse? Cause even though the picks are good you feel like you can find the information for free from other sources. This is one of the reasons why I like this group so much.

That is one thing I don’t like about Teeka’s 6 coins. He will rattle on and on and on and then tell you to sign up. Sweet I paid $2000 to change my life, now all I have to do is get on Coinbase and buy them! Oh crap! 3 coins are not on here! No refund of your cash but will give you a different newsletter. I use Coinbase also it so easy to do. So why does he not tell everybody in the very start that not all the coins I am talking about are on Coinbase? Oh, all that I said was hypothetical! I did though go through that in 2014 when I bought his P.B.C for his get a million in crypto which was $5000 then. Yup this was me no refund, but we will give you a different newsletter. He made all that sound easy but at that time it wasn’t until Coinbase came along. Hmmmm….. don’t know why I went into a story when I think you just wanted a simple your welcome :-). Short story I now have all 6 or 7 of his publications. so, when every he comes up with something new, I will let all know.

Totally agree with your observations glove77, of the crypto experience with Teeka. Jeff Brown is nearly the same, both hype men selling the sizzle and service for thousands of dollars but failing to deliver the results they claim you can achieve with their services. Maybe I’m not the hoop jumper they are looking for to buy these services but at least I can sleep at night. I feel comfortable with CB because they are one of the largest crypto brokers and they seem to be meeting the IRS reporting standards that make them more credible than some of the other services. You may not get as much for your staked crypto but you don’t have to worry about a scam artist like SBF and the services he sold. Thanks again for your help!

Whether or not he has added more coins, I do not know as I don’t have access to the service.

The Enjin chart looks very similar to the Gala chart. It is in a downtrend, it has sold off since its bullish impulse to start the year, and there are concerns that macroeconomic headwinds may send its price lower over the next 6 to 9 months.
However, on the bright side, Enjin did find strong support at the level that it bounced off of, at $.24.
In addition, Enjin is already nearing oversold on the RSI, on the daily chart.
In my opinion, although there is a chance altcoins break down from here, there is also technical evidence showing that their current lows will hold as support, providing an amazing buying opportunity for anybody who is prepared for this scenario. “

I would advise Ledger S Plus, which is the most secure solution to store cryptos AFAIK and allows staking with a trustworthy validator

I’m new here and enjoyed reading everyone’s input. I’m been a subscriber to teeka for about 5 years now. I can say from the time I joined 80% of his picks have done nothing but all it takes is 1. That one for me was LUNA. I got in at .34 and my gut told me to exit at $84 once it started to crash when his service said to hang tight. The profit off that one trade was life changing.Obviously you never can predict what the future will do. I only invest in his picks under $10. The cheaper the price the more coins you get and if only one takes off you will make mind blowing money. I also like to stake my coins as even when prices are down you can still generate more coins by staking and letting it sit. I’ve seen some comments about using just Coinbase and yes Coinbase is super easy but I use others like Kraken and Binance.US where you can get the majority of his picks. My recommendation is always have an exit strategy if a coin takes off. And leave your coins in hard wallets. You never know when a exchange can go bankrupt in hour’s. It’s already happened numerous times and will probably happen again at some point.

Phil, thank you for sharing. These are the “three tiny coins” Teeka says to buy before June 1st? I’m trying to figure out WHY these particular coins in relation to the Chinese retail market.
Teeka went on for 89 minutes and tried to sell his services, other than that, he said buy Bitcoin, then the rest were not Crypto but GLD a gold ETF, VESH a Vanguard ETF, and QDN Global SP 500 fund. I just watched it, the rest of the Crypto you would need his Elite service for. He said this was a capital preservation portfolio that is extremely conservative. Probably shouldn’t be surprising to hear Avtar Dhillon’s name pop up in another of these complaints, I remember Emerald Health being pitched, and Cloudastructure, by various folks… don’t know which ones might be involved in similar kickback schemes, but it’s sadly not that shocking to hear of it happening. And it would not be surprising if there’s a lot of similar activity going on with other promoted private deals, from folks who haven’t been caught — I suspect there’s probably even more of that going on now than was happening in 2021, if only because the newsletters are making a lot less money now, which usually sends people looking for more cash, and the lack of regulation in private companies (and crypto) means it may be easier to make these kinds of back-room promotion deals. The temptation to sell out your subscribers in order to make some more money is too much for some folks.
A huge black eye for Palm Beach, part of the MarketWise group, though many of the publishing houses have experienced similar black eyes… and it’s a flashback to the bad old days of newsletters (which are still with us, though to a more limited extent), when those who sold newsletters also rented out their own name as a spokesperson for shady penny stocks, particularly when their “real” newsletters died on the vine but they still had a “name brand” reputation among investors that they could use for promotions.
This time around it’s private company fundraising deals, which are always a little murky, but it certainly looks ugly for on-camera spokespeople like Teeka Tiwari and others, who like to think they’re above such things, that the pundits and researchers and analysts at Palm Beach might have been taking kickbacks for pushing half-informed newsletter subscribers into terrible deals to invest in private companies. And, really, that Palm Beach was involved with Mikula at all, given his past run-ins with the SEC. It is hard to believe that Teeka didn’t realize how shady these private companies and their promoters were, though I don’t know if he was involved and he isn’t named in the complaint.
And yes, private company fundraisings that are widely advertised are almost always terrible deals for the small investors who lap them up. Why else would companies work so hard to attract the least-informed investors, who are likely to be less intense with their due diligence, other than to get a deal that professional investors, who can provide a lot more capital, would laugh at? There are exceptions to every rule… but buying the thing that they’re trying hardest to sell to you is usually not the best path forward.
But didn’t Teeka himself have his own issues with the SEC at one point in his life?
I remember him being barred by FINRA, from back when he was a stockbroker, don’t recall if he’s had run-ins specifically with the SEC before.
