What is Teeka Tiwari’s “The Super Halving”?Apparently, Teeka’s “The Super Halving” event refers to a complete stop in new supply of Bitcoin that according to Teeka will happen this year instead of the originally intended year 2140 (120 years from now!).
He claims that there will be 6 small altcoins that will see a price increase that will be much higher than the price increase that Bitcoin itself will experience from the full cut off of the new supply of Bitcoin.

It’s not that these coins will cause the decreased supply of BTC it’s because the decreased supply of BTC overall will drive up its price and drag these smaller coins along with it supposedly. We will see…
ILV has already pumped 2200% in 6 months. Teeka might be a little late on that one. Also looking back his trillion dollar coin picks have been an absolute disaster. They were MIR, BADGER, SFI, Rook, and COMP. The only one up is COMP up 33% the rest are down 40-80% yikes.

I hear ya Gary, I join PBC in February when they billion dollar portfolio was released, I bought all those coins you said plus about 20 more that were still Bice and some of his other lists. Short of BTC and ETH and a few other miscellaneous ones, everything else is down. I went ahead and sold everything I have and moved it all to BTC and ETH, I have some ADA, CRO and DOGE (next time Mr. Tesla praises that I’m going to sell) and One home run dream of about 900 million safemoon. In my opinion all these other coins unless you’re willing to get in and get out quickly it’s a crapshoot, so staying with the two major ones I think is the safest bet And less stressful as they are easy to buy and store
Teeka isn’t perfect on all his picks. He has made alot of people alot of money on many of his picks. He is perfect on all his halving picks. And if what he says does come true about a shortage of BTC it will drive the whole market up.
Well right now Teeka looks like an absolute fool because if the economy tanks and the stock market tanks crypto will be crushed into powder.
The time frame is never “buy, hold it for a few months and cash out”. Over time, many of his picks will make you money. Some will make you serious money. Some won’t. But he’s always been very upfront that his strategy is a long-term one. That’s why he says, don’t invest any money that you need in the next few months to a year. That’s why he says, only invest small amounts that you can afford to lose. And he always says – do not sell when the market is down!!! But of course, not everyone has the stomach for that.
Have you bought any of Teeka’s “Final Halving” picks? Also, have you ever bought anything recommended by Charlie Shrem and Luke Lango? They’re pitching 4 coins. They gave away MATIC as their free pick. Already have some of it but may buy a few hundred dollars more of it. Wondering if any of the rest of you have ever tried them out?
I have been following Teeka for over 2 years. He is the only one who I have done ok with. Shrem did ok. The folks that lose you $ are Navalier, Opportunistic trader, Echo trades,Weekly fortune alliance, Adam Odell, Altucher, Wyatt, Jeff Brown, Jeff Clarkand others, I shamefully, foolishly have tried 15 of them. None are any good after the fee except Teeka. Chuck Hughes fair. I don’t have the last 6 coins but I heard they were zcash, cosmos, loki, dash, cro, stacks, uniswap, data. but do not know for sure.

MATIC at all time highs now, that was a good pick so far.
MATIC is my all time favorite crypto in my portfolio. I got my lead on that from Stock Gumshoe back in April, got in at $0.37. Had I only known back then ….. Happy to see many of my cryptos climbing over the last few days. Will be looking to thin the herd a bit more this week ahead of year end. You can bet that Matic will be safe, along with BTC, ETH, Dot, and SOL, everything else is going to have to prove their worthiness. I’m actually looking to take some $$$ out of crypto, well parking it in stableoins earning 10% at Celsius. Last week I did a huge clean up on my retirement/investment accounts and took advantage of the volatility with some lowball puts which netted me some ridiculous $$$. Thank you Teeka for teaching me that options don’t have to be scary and risky.

I missed the last few Teeka-a-thons, but I believe that was a special report added to the Palm Beach Letter. Quick look, and I do see it as a recent add, and he was recommending ETH (as always), and the two tiny are COMP (up to $1500 …. not tiny), and 0x (ZRX – up to $3). Both have been recommends on Crypto Confidential. 0x is on my list for Loss Harvesting, and COMP was recycled from my portfolio back in August.

MATIC has been my all time best performer, but I only got into it in September. I didn’t get into any crypto until May, when I opened a Coinbase account. Since then I opened an Exodus wallet, learned how to get crypto from a Bitcoin ATM, am taking an online crypto course. Polygon is a great choice. Celsius network is currently paying interest on polygon above 9 percent apy.
Oh, I wish I could get 9% on my Polygon! Unfortunately I’m in a state that is significantly limited on what I can bring into Celsius. 10% on stable coin is a lovely thing. I really like Celsius, it’s a interesting group of folks.

No Dogelon Mars for me …. are they using the $$$ to send Elon to Mars? 🙂 I just updated my spreadsheet of all my crypto adventures this year for tax season, I need to perhaps not do as much sampling in 2022. Good news is that I have a small amount of net Capital Gains to pay tax on, and a small amount in income. Love the HIFO option, that comes in handy.

Happy New Year to all and I wish those of you investing in this newest pre-ipo the best of luck! I’ve invested in Teeka’s past two “pre-ipo” recommendations, Robot Cache and Cloudastructure, and so far I’ve become quite skeptical of what will become of my investments. Particularly with Robot Cache. I spent 2 months on the waitlist, was taken off in June and my investment was confirmed, and I have received zero communication or documentation since as to a) when I’ll be issued any certificate/paperwork, b) when they anticipate launching globally, and c) if they intend to list on an exchange at some point. When I emailed their customer support this week to pose these questions, I was sent a reply from Republic, not Robot Cache, and they simply sent me some past communication links between the CEO of RB and others who have made similar inquiries as mine, stating that they could not give any indication if they’ll ever decide to list. He also brushed off all the other questions I had, including when documentation will be sent to investors. The tone of his response struck me as shifty and odd, and I’m now left with an uncomfortable pit in my stomach that I was lured into some kind of scheme. As for Cloudastructure, they have been more communicative and they’re hosting their first shareholders meeting this month. Will see what comes of this one. In any case, I hope this is not a pattern of Teeka’s pre-ipo pitches and I would be be curious to know if anyone else has had similar experiences.

Hi Liz. Keep an eye on their SEC filings. The last significant one was Form 1-SA at the end of September (for Jan-June, 2021 operations). 1-SA is a semi-annual requirement for Reg A+. Expect the next one to post at the end of March (July-Dec, 2021). That being said, on the last 1-SA, it was noted that RC would exit their Beta platform testing program in Q1, 2022. To me, their next step would be to take the platform live, which I would expect soon thereafter. At that point, they would likely plan to take the next steps in going public given all Beta testing was successful. Anyway, my thoughts …

Do you think $EFI is worth investing in?
Not entirely sure on it. It has a market cap of 150 million. But the diluted market cap is 1.5Billion. Sadly I bought some coins at 2$ now it’s at 83 cents. For me I cannot do anything except hold it. Compare it to Enjin . What are your thougts on it?

Depending on where you live in NY, you can use a private crypto coin wallet. Travel across the border, and make the transaction across the border. I live in NYC area, so I go to NJ or Connecticut when I want to buy something NY doesn’t allow.

Fellow NYer here, you can buy it on Gemini. For some reason, there are coins that you can buy on Gemini that are blocked for us on Coinbase. And then of course, there are coins that we are blocked from on both sites. Good to be in the Empire State 🙂 I’ve been trying Gemini for a spin, lower fees than Coinbase Pro too, just not as big a choice of coins to pick from. Enjoy!

If it’s any help, Oldmaninvestor actually prefers Gemini to Coinbase. Plus, he’s able to get some yield for his small holdings there, as compared to Coinbase. So odd that they treat NYS residents so diferently between the two platforms. Oh, the other coin you can buy at Gemini that you are prevented from in Coinbase is SUSHI.
Come to think of it, my own husband may be comfortable enough with Gemini to get more involved. Yes, this was a great help – should’ve thought of that before now.
While I believe in the underlying fact Tweeka spoke about I fear his recommendation will be a duplicate of BrownStones, which is pre IPO on the Republic platform call Realm. Does anyone feel the same or am I off base?
Personally, I doubt it. Realm sold out before Freedom 2022 last night, so it does not make sense to me they would overlap recommendations. Further, Realm is a REIT. Teeka’s pre-IPO is a gaming entity.

Next Steps if You Own RGT
To align incentives for stakeholders, Rari and Fei will merge their tokens into a single token, TRIBE.
This means RGT token holders will need to perform a token swap to obtain the new token.
While there’s currently not a deadline for the token swap, we recommend swapping your tokens as soon as possible.
RGT token holders have two options:
You can swap your tokens using the official token swap smart contract which will return 26.7 TRIBE tokens for every 1 RGT token. To do so, you will need to use MetaMask and have a small amount of ether (ETH) in your wallet to pay for the transaction fee. Instructions below.
The second option is to send your tokens to either Coinbase or Binance to sell your RGT tokens and purchase the new TRIBE tokens.
If you’re leaning toward using the crypto exchange option, you should act fast. That’s because we believe these exchanges will eventually only support trading for the TRIBE token moving forward.
How to Swap RGT for TRIBE Using the Official Smart Contract
Pro tip: We recommend performing this token swap when Ethereum gas prices are at reasonable levels (below 100 Gwei). You can monitor Ethereum gas prices here. Gas prices are usually cheaper on weekends.
Step 1:
Go to the official RGT to TRIBE token swap page.
Step 2:
Connect your MetaMask to the site by clicking the button in the upper right-hand corner.
