Today’s profit unlimited Video Update…..Had to laugh at the last guys question/comment. Paul’s response was “STFU”. If u don’t watch the updates, watch this one, the last 3-4 minutes of it anyway.
To Paul credit, i don’t know of any other stock picker that really answer all kind of real and hard question.
I felt Ian is doing the exact opposite, reporting on a stock that is up 7 % this week after it fall 60 %… and show it like a victory, and never answer a hard question.
Oh no, it wasn’t a critique of Paul. I thought it was a baller move from him, not just to read it, but to stop Amber mid-sentence. A great way of saying “dude, shut up….You’re not even worth the effort of my reading the whole thing”
What was the question asked?
At this point, I’m guessing many of his subscribers are questioning his BOP stance of most of picks. All of my PM stocks are 50%+ in the red and not catching a break.
Wait , 3-5 years is when investing is tested.
I think you’ve got a timing issue…..I got in Secret Portfolio, and IPO not too long ago, and my positions overall there are red…But my other services put me so far in the black, I’m taking a hold and see because I believe in the process. And it wasnt the question asked, it was the tone of the note “You’re a scam artist, you should do this…..you shouldnt do that….”

I didn’t think you are criticizing Paul,
I am reinforcing Paul for being the most transparent stock picker, honest and not hiding when times are hard for investors.

Hmmmm, I’d never 2nd guess PM but that’s odd that he sells after 4 price target raises this morning.
I agree. Definitely doesn’t seem like a move Paul would recommend, especially when other stocks in the portfolio are performing much worse.
I think his take on it (I am sure he will cover it in an update) is that it’s long term growth plan doesn’t fit in to the TM growth model. If you follow Ark Investments emails, they sell stocks in good companies (example: Tesla) because they no longer think it can double in 3 years.
On TD Ameritrade I’m showing 8 analyst reiterated/maintained buy
ratings in the last 13 hours and 7 price target raises ♂️

Anyone besides me enjoying all the DEEP GREEN results so far today? Earning season, and big daily jumps with Plug, TDOC, STM, MTLE, MXL, LC (LC!!!!), UCTT DDD LTBR, and LTRX. Earning season has been good to us! My overall 1 day gain on PM Stocks is 4% !
Yes! And I would be thrilled if PRLB didn’t dump so hard… stupid me has like a 5x weight in that one despite Paul always saying to equal weight. One day I’ll learn… haha
I sold that one (PRLB) for a loss a while ago (tax loss harvesting), so I feel smart for doing it. But also sold AFRM for a loss too….. Kicking myself for that one. Oh well, win some, lose some, hope for the best on some….
Exactly, that’s always how it goes! I bought into a regular sized position of AFRM just under $70 and bounced out of that one when it reached $120. PRLB I am getting rocked on though. I didn’t buy anywhere near the $191 he has it for in his portfolio, my average is about half that $95.60. But with all his picks over the years I have about 100 positions and this one is over 5% of my entire portfolio. Only behind BYND (which got its butt kicked recently too) and GDRX (which is a stock I really like but PM does not have).
I sent him a message about GDRX when it was in the low $30s and he said it is on his watchlist. He said “if/when” he recommends it he’ll put it in EF or IPO Speculator. Was an interesting word choice he used.
Seems like my portfolio in general is turning up a bit recently, would just be nice to avoid some of these losses on positions I happen to be weighted heavier in.
I bought GDRX too at $41.71, it’s finally out of the red, but not (yet) keeping pace with the overall market. But: My wife says it s a good company, and growing so that’s a hold for me. Will see what 11/10 earnings do!
Don’t feel bad I went deep on PRLB
PM provided the following earlier today with regard to PRLB:
Today, PRLB’s stock is being quoted down at about 20%, making a new 52-week low.
As you know, PRLB is one of our tech plays in America 2.0, but in hindsight, it’s clear that our entry into the stock was mistimed.
However, despite the 68% decline in our position since inception in PRLB, the underlying thesis for the company is unchanged.
PRLB is the leader in the new way of manufacturing, known as digital manufacturing services, using buildings full of 3D printers.
In fact, in the company’s latest quarterly results, it was revealed that PRLB served 23,457 developers this quarter, a 24.8% increase over the same period last year.
Every segment of PRLB’s business in this last quarter is growing!
So, while PRLB’s stock performance is currently poor for us, this is due to a bad entry point rather than the company itself.
I believe that the bottom is near for this stock, and that its business is going to keep growing over time.
PRLB’s stock is nearing a demand/supply imbalance, which favors a rising stock price.
So, if you currently own PRLB, keep holding.
And if you are looking to buy into this stock, I believe now is a good time to buy in.
Remember the Rules of the Game: Buy in small slugs, buy low, buy slow.
Bottoms are dominated by sellers, where prices can be volatile or even get weaker before strengthening.
I doubled my position in PRLB today to average down, hope springs eternal. Hope we all end up smiling eventually, BOP. Thanks for posting the update.
Not sure if you took this from the paper but I looked at Paul’s paper this morning and he defended PRL be big-time he said BOPBOPBOP on PRLB. Or something like that thanks good luck everybody.

yup. Looks like I forgot to hit send with my previous comment. Appears that they are acquiring this company called core scientific which as per paul is the largest bitcoin miner and blockchain infrastructure company – much bigger than mara, riot etc – so expect it the stock to do well

I don’t have the service, but I think it is pretty clear from Sam’s earlier message that there was a sell alert on this today.

Bought it last year on IK NE recommendation and sold it in May when i was even.
I wish I could say that on all my new ERA positions, IK made some bad choices.
IK timing is not good on small cap stock, it is simply not his forte, he is much better on crypto.
PM is the best picker on small caps so I will wait for small cool down and buy it again.

Maybe he want’s to get advantage current pricing and repurchase around $1.60 range… There might be temporary pull back?
His flash trader service works off his technical analysis and signals, with short term holds and range trading being normal (no matter the long term sentiment). So its not really what is he thinking, but given the system he’s come up with what is the data telling him to do. But yes, his system is obviously telling him its a sensible time to exit and will then keep looking for a re-entry if it arises. Yoy really need to work out if this style of investment is right for you, because its easy to get caught up on a short term gain and ignore the sell in the hope of it continuing up, only to get burnt
I like the CFT, as it helps to get me to ignore the stocks a bit, as they’ve been hard to watch the last few months.
I agree. And i have some skin in the game, but am also sticking to the trade alerts as much as possible. I have some long term crypto holds as well, but with CFT im trying not to overthink and just seeing how its going in 12 months.

Does anybody else get the feeling that the big moves into our A2O stocks is really gaining momentum. In the UK and Europe the news is leading with climate change and the drive to net carbon zero, given that COP26 started today. Even PM has been tweeting a fair bit today. Fingers crosses GLA.

PM, ID and IK have been talking about an anticipated move of $ into small caps. 100x has some nice movers today:

I hate selling 100x, but on a day like this I may peel a bit off to fund the next rec.
Remember March! Although PM would say hold and ride it out, I’m remembering another wise man once said, “No one ever went broke taking profits.”
Truer words have never been spoken! But the 100X part of my overall portfolio is truly the “lightning” portion – and I intend to resist the urge to sell the winners until PM says “uncle”. The overall portfolio will never reach it’s potential without a few having magnified gains, as there will always be a decent number of losers when you play this game.
I’m sitting here thinking the same thing….
As for me, when my PM holds reach even , then I will evaluate. I bought high. About 20% of my big bank, so… wait and see. Great day for A20. Tech is down.
DD, It is really tempting and its hard to protect those profits, especially after March. I remember the move that $DDD made in January 21 with a 100% increase in a single day. The stock then carried on from $20 to $55 at the peak. I guess what I coming to is that looking at the charts for those really beaten down (losses of 50/60%) the moves today are almost nothing compared to where we were. I think that I have convinced myself to hold!
I’m generally of the mindset of holding all the 100x too, however, I like to play. I wasn’t always, and early on would take my money off the table and let the rest ride. I changed strategy, maybe around Sept 2000.. So, generally, now I get my base position. If I really like it, I’ll get 20-50% more than my base, and if I take profits it will only be from that extra bit I put in.
And I have to admit too, I am not equally weighted. I have oversized positions in CLSK, NNDM, MARA.
For those of you getting into 100x late, just hang on. Many of you haven’t even been in a year.
I think that many of us might be in the same position. I like to play as well, far too tempting to sell losers, especially those where the charts show potential for further losses. I am also far to much over weight in the 3D printing stocks (10-15% of the portfolio). Some are well up, based on when I brought, others are real dogs, $PRLB a case in point. However, possibly a good price to buy or top up. I did start chasing the winners and putting in more especially $DDD and $SSYS which are doing great. I should have trimmed after being 3-400% up but held during the 50% drop. I am expecting further moves from these potentially with new highs so I’m happy to wait.
I agree with DD for those late to the party. This could be a great opportunity, I am very hopeful that money is moving into the lower cap stocks.
for those who are new to this do some DD yourself. It will take some time but it will be really beneficial. I like to use a mix of charts with setups of candles (Heikin Ashi), MACD and RSI. For confirmation of timing to buy I also use MOMTM and CCI. There are a lot of stocks in the tables provided, go through all of them. Have a quick read as to what the company does, decide if that is where you want to invest. I use Yahoo finance of Nasdaq to make sure the ticker give me the right company. check out the charts for your selected stocks and if the set up looks good start to buy in.
Parting comment – funny how a few weeks ago we were all despondent reverting to the 3-5 year plan. Funny how things change in a few weeks 🙂

NNDM seems like an exciting company that’s not on everyone’s radar. In your opinion, what’t the risk with regards to current share price? Seems like the risk-reward at today’s pricing is not too bad.
NNDM is one of my larger 100x positions. The whole idea of speeding up chip manufacturing, and having it onsite, I think will happen in the near future. I don’t think it’s a bad time to get in. Money is moving into the small caps, and I think we’ll have an exciting end of year.
Of course, these are volatile. You just have to grin and bear it.
O DD, just looked up my LTBR history. I had 3500 shares I got for 6$ and change, blew them all away. Gulp.

Never really managed to gain with fool services, it seems always like the entry signal gets to me after the price spikes.
The calculate gains are calculate on prices you can’t get, plus since they have price power, they lift prices and keep them above the entry point for a long while.
In the most services (didn’t try all, they have many) they pick stocks in a quantity that no actual investor can buy all of them ( 40-50 stocks is not rare )and if you do you will get -/+ QQQ performances.
