Hey! Did you happen to see Travis Johnson’s, Stock Gumshoe article today? Over the weekend, the Motley Fool’s Investor Digest service teased Cerence (CRNC). PM recommended this stock in his TM service back on June 4th.

Hi all, looking for some guidance. It looks like a vote is coming soon for RTP to officially merge with Joby Aviation.
I received a notice of corporate action asking me if I would like to redeem a portion/all of my shares or if I would like to decline the tender.
I’m guessing that tendering the share means that I’d be selling my stock rather than holding it for the merger.
If that’s what it means then I’d like to decline as I want to keep holding this bad boy. Am I right in my understanding?
Yes, tendering your share means selling at the specified price before the merger.

I tried to get in on the Duolingo (DUOL) IPO today through Robinhood but I guess did not win in the ‘lottery’ that they use to allocate shares. Too bad because IPO price was $102 and it opened around $140.
Hopefully some of us get chosen for HOOD tomorrow. I think they have a lot more shares to allocate than DUOL did. Good luck everyone!
Also, I think Robinhood expects you to hang onto shares for 30 (or maybe even 60) days. If you do a quick flip they lock you out of IPOs for some period of time.

PM secret portfolio trade alerts: Buy VACQ & STWO. They are both SPACs priced at around ~$10. First one taking Rocket Lab public. Second one taking ESS Tech a battery company public (as a cheme PhD I like this one and going to invest in it). Strangely both recommendations came in a newsletter as opposed to a trade alert. Looks like there is no rush to buy since the SPAC mania has cooled off recently and they vacillate around ~$10.

Was selected to buy HOOD by Robinhood . When it dropped $4/share, I picked up some shares in another brokerage account…
Upon PM recommendation, I sold IRBT for a loss. I am wondering if PM will take profits and simply add AGFY under another service as it seems to be performing nicely. I’m up 85% on it and plan to hold longer term. I had gotten in to VACQ some time ago on my own. Plan to enter limit orders to buy MXL, UCTT, and STWO.

Does anyone happen to know which company (Name & Ticker Symbol) Paul Mampilly is referring to in his video of around July 27 in his True Momentum subscription ??? I really appreciate anyone who can reveal this company. I believe it’s the one he refers to as the “EV Innovator for 300% Gains in 12 months”
Here are a few tidbits of this company, as he put out in his video:

* Its only real competition is overstretched tech giants
* Its software is the best in the business
* It has billions of dollars in future business already on contract
* Its in high-growth market

Sorry, don’t know what those specific 5 are. Any of PM’s recs there is a hope for “triple digit gains” . Someone else might have that specific report, but given it was part of the NextGen summit stuff, it will all be amongst the current TrueMomentum list if you check Venkat’s spreadsheet. Just fyi, the “bonus” reports are generally a little older in the tooth, but the stocks probably remain as buys.. so i’d recommend just reading up on each of the stock picks yourself, taking a look at the original rec price, and working out which would fit best in your portfolio.
