Pre-ipo purchase

Can someone help me with my first pre-ipo purchase, please? I am thinking of buying Cloudastructure[1] shares but I don’t know what happens after this company goes public? Can I easily transfer shares to E*trade brokerage acount? What fees are involved? Any help is much apreciated. Thank you.

That’s a question for E*trade. If you are based in the US I don’t think you’ll have a problem.
Many thanks for your reply. I am based in UK but trade in US market. Apparently E*trade do not charge for any incoming securities. As I said I have not previously invested in pre-ipo, I shall see what will the outcome be…
