AND NOW? It’s less than half that value: $12.42 0n 4/21/22 , no thanks Teeka.
I wasn’t able to attend Teeka Tiwari’s live event yesterday evening, but based on the teasers/invitation that he had sent out prior to the event, I can’t imagine that his free recommendation of CMPS is his “3rd Trillion-Dollar Trade”.
Knowing the Palm Beach Group they will launch or have already launched a next ‘super exclusive newsletter’ for which we will have to pay a ‘reduced subscription fee’ of only a few thousand dollars to find out what his 3rd trillion-dollar trade is.
Is there anybody here able and willing to share the name (or names) of the actual stock (or stocks) that Teeka sees as the “3rd Trillion-Dollar Trade”?

Why pay if you cant afford it. Teeka says he feels for people missing out on big things, then why charge so much! Well I care about all the people that have suffered from job lose or not working much. Well I retired just in time and I think God for giving me an opportunity to help. Been a life time member on SGS since 2013 and got on just for info. I was to busy working thinking about myself. Now in my 50s thinking of all who have been hit had by the pandemic. Does Teeka have a “What’s It Worth?” section in the report?
For example: he says buy Clxpf up to $3. Does he then give a projection of something along the lines of “Under the blue-sky scenario, you’d see every $1,000 turn into $39,180”?
Does he give a prediction for what each of these stocks will be worth if his calculations are correct?

It occurred to me that perhaps I hadn’t broken it down to it’s most basic level in my last attempt so I’ll give it another go here…
Pre IPO = pre Initial Public Offering, meaning it cannot be purchased in your brokerage account with E-Trade, Robinhood etc… a pre IPO means you have to pony up cash to a company that’s planning to go public and has registered with the SEC to get permission to raise capital. These are very risky investments… It’s like go fund me for businesses so they can polish their product, marketing etc. before pitching it to the world.
If it has a ticker symbol and can be purchased on an exchange, it’s not a pre ipo.

Hey Everyone, I was talking with a friend of mine who is a physician at a drug treatment facility here in NY, she is the only one in the area with a government grant in association with the FDA to start a clinical trial using psychedelics micro dosing. From all the data that she has access to she told me that they are in the very early stages of the process to see this drug used for addiction. The findings are looking very promising and from the data, all the hype surrounding the use of psychedelics is very positive. She also said before it comes to the point where this will be a regular prescription is about 3 to 5 yrs off. Just be prepared that your investment will not see immediate returns. Leading the way in Phase 2b are Compass Pathways and MindMed , 2 other companies are looking to capitalize as well are Numinus Wellness and ATAI Life Sciences.
Compass, MindMed and the other companies you mentioned are not involved macro dosing clinical trials. Meaning few full dose spaced over few weeks. Microdose is taking frequent (e.g., one every 3 days) small dose (e.g., 1/10 full dose) . Mydecine (MYCOF) sponsored a microdose study.

I’m no drughead ( no experience using it ), but I think they’d need to be careful with giving LSD to a hyper person.
Psychedelics are well known to the FDA and Pharmaceutical companies. The VA hospitals have been using them to treat vets with PTSD. Keep in mind, more often than not, PTSD and substance abuse go hand in hand. Our unique government has allowed the FDA to supply the VA office with the psychedelics they need and big Pharma keeps FDA with the goods. Ketamine also a psychedelic, is all ready being used to treat depression and anxieties. Substance abuse can also be common with those who suffer from depression and or anxieties. Why the uppers calling the shots act like this is such a new discovery is mind-blowing. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put 2 and 2 together… who is scamming who? A person can find all the research and regulations by doing a little research and searching through records on file with the specific agencies. Rant over.

I’m new to IPO and wondered after an investment and if/when they go public how do the shares get assigned to me and how do I get them into my broker portfolio so I can sell them etc?
After buying into the IPO, what proof gets issues of the potential share allocations?
I have not yet invested here. I have invested in several others both from Palm Beach, Seedinvest, and Republic. The process is pretty simple. They use custodians to hold your money until the shares can be issued. Once the shares are issued (or in some cases just held for you), you get a certificate via email and then you just wait. There’s nothing to do until the company does an IPO or gets bought out, i.e. you can’t sell them anywhere. After the IPO, they ask for information about transfer to your broker, and you tell your broker to expect them and probably to ask for them on your behalf. Then you wait. In this case it will likely be years and not months as Teeka undoubtedly promised/misled. Check out the interview with David Nikzad, the founder, on http://www.psychedelicinvest.com
Sorry to bear bad news. On the flip side, there’s probably no rush to invest your money there.

I don’t know how Teekas $3 trillion dollar trade is going but his advice on Flora Growth has been awesome! Right now it’s sitting at $9.40 a share. Got in at $.75 cents then the 3 for 1 so each share was $2.25. Still a great investment at $9.40. Producing flower at $.06 cents a gram while the world spends $.26 cents a gram. You have LOI’s or signed agreements with Europe, Australia, and south, central, and north America’s. I firmly believe they will be the top wholesaler for flower globally. This company will be worth so much money in 2-4 yrs. plus they are in 5 different sectors including the one many of the VC’s are dumping billions into…..Cannabis pharmaceuticals!!! I would highly recommend investing.
I couldn’t agree more. I’ve given him money for a year now, and while I don’t plan to do so any longer, I do really appreciate this pre-IPO deal. On paper, it was a no-brainer. And watching the videos of the production facilities in Columbia was also quite impressive. Also, I haven’t been burned by the weed stock failures in 2018-19 (honestly, I wasn’t even really trading then), so I wasn’t afraid to invest several grand. Nice to see that the market is starting to appreciate FLGC. Over the next few years, this should be a “real 10x” at minimum and not just an empty stock-hawker promise.

I agreed with your sentiments until I read the White Diamond Research report on 26/8 which hammered Flora Growth, questioned whether the company was a “real company”, said the CEO had no experience and that it won’t be able to export to the USA. They eviserated the company and projected a price of target of $2. A rather different picture from what Teeka painted… I hope they’re wrong!
Thanks for sharing. No wonder the stock has been middling the past week. I sure hope they’re wrong too. This picture is remarkably different from the one that Teeka and William painted following their TWO visits, completed via private jet. There must be an airstrip nearby, which is not mentioned….

The Flora Growth share price was down nearly 10% on Friday, presumably because of this report mainly. When I re-read Teeka’s note it made me wonder whether he actually visited Flora’s facilities, of was just conducting general cannabis-related research in Colombia. I might be doing him a disservice….
Hi Capetown, Ok I had read the report but had not yet checked out their website. There are clearly some reasons to be skeptical of the whitediamond folks.
1. They sell a service that’s all about finding short-sale opportunities. Prices start at 79 Euros/month.
2. They have 19 open positions, 10 of which are losers. EXPI and RIOT are two of their picks to short, lol. Both are great stocks! EXPI is one of my favorites.
3. While they may be a legit company, they are far from “the experts” here, imo. And, I’m not concerned about Flora not letting in some pushy reporter, knowing their bias for Finding Fault with companies.
Reasons for concern:
1. The departure of Stan B. and the backstories. I have yet to delve into the insider selling issue, but this could be very big.
2. Teeka did fly by chopper to visit the farm, so no airstrip, poor roads = problem. How could he not have thought of that?
3. Their press releases are world-class good. Maybe too good?
4. They have really been pushing the converting of their warrants.
So, They haven’t produced any marijuana yet? I hardly think so. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something in this little analysis, but this matter won’t ruin my day today. There’s more good than bad overall, imo. Time will tell. Maybe won’t become a millionaire with my FLGC shares, and I won’t be buying more. But, maybe I (we) will…..

I actually just listened to the recorded presentation in the background – didn’t pay close attn. However, he was talking about access to early entry cryptos – even before they hit the exchanges. He never mentioned ICOs, so I’m assuming this is post VC stage and that Mr. Brown has lots of special access to share these coin opp’s right before they hit the markets. Cost of the service is “only” $3,500 or $2,500 for the non-pro for two years…..
The “free” recommendation he had was The Beacon Chain, a new Buterin project which he says you can easily stake thru ETH on Coinbase and something about being 2 weeks away. Sorry I’m not more helpful. Sounds like a lot of blowharding to me, but if anyone wants to sign up and share, then great.

I just don’t know what to buy besides Eth, Bit, and the other well known cryptos. I only have a small window for research and it would be a 24/7 job to find the up and coming. But for those that are still scratching their heads and wondering what the metaverse is, let me break it down using another well known internet techy word that is probably more familiar to you…
Cyberspace.
According to Eric Ravenscraft from Wired Magazine, 90% of the time, the meanings between metaverse and cyberspace won’t substantially change.
That’s because, “the term doesn’t refer to one specific type of technology, but rather a broad shift in how we interact with technology.”
The metaverse can be any number of things. It’s not a single technology and it doesn’t have one defining trait, but instead blends aspects from VR to AR, to PC Gaming, into its current state–a blend that will continue evolving with time in order for us all to explore these new worlds together!
The metaverse also translates to a digital economy, where users can create, buy, and sell goods.
Of course, our tech overlords want to try and control this new digiverse, much like they have tried to control and monopolize the internet.
That’s where the blockchain comes into play.
The blockchain allows for this digital universe to operate autonomously. It allows for creators of all types to build and benefit from this new digital economy.
And sure, Facebook and other large companies want to sell items like digital clothes and accessories in the metaverse. That’s all fine and dandy.
But a technology like this should and will be used for so much more.

What About Psychedelic Retreat Centers?
When it comes to the psychedelic economy, there have been a large number of “psychedelic retreats” pop up over the past couple of years.
