I couldn’t find anything newer than a 2012 document from NASA stating “Pu-238 would not work well as the fuel in a nuclear reactor and it is not the type of plutonium used for nuclear weapons.”

Ronnie, I agree with you. Looking at Lightbridge public forum, the fuel rod cutaway is exactly the same shown in the Angel Pub. blurb. I believe the 238 may refer to U-238, which is the most common form of uranium. I know the reactor physics responses are different than U-235. So, I don’t know about the actual composition of the fuel rods nor its control mechanisms. Perhaps the DOE has more info.
Thanks Ronnie. I agree with your selection of Lightbridge as the likely company. The cross-section of the fuel rod in their public home site is exactly the same as the one in the Angel Pub. (Keith Kohl) sales blurb. Regarding the fuel, its probably the U-235 isotope. U-238 is the uranium isotope comprising most of mined uranium ore. But not knowing the fuel rod composition or the control mechanisms and operating parameters, I can’t offer more. Again, thanks

I’m not sure what to make of this. My suspicion is that some stories may have been purposely planted on the internet so certain very wealthy and powerful individuals who have a vested interest in certain stocks can become more wealthy than ever.
Agreed paid speculators plant these items to peak your interest. DONT NOT INVEST IN FICTIUOS PRODUCT. Unless you see your neighbor pumping it their cars fuel tank. Then you know there is a market.

all types of green fuel are welcome in a climate risk global environment …as for making millions out of these green fuels, it is doubtful. The only ones making millions are the stock market ”speculators” who know how to ”promote themselves, and some stocks ..
