I see there’s a new rule being implemented next month(?) for OTC stocks. Will this affect any of your holdings, and if so, are you making any changes as a result thereof?

I called E-Trade on the new SEC OTC Rule 15C2-11 after attempting to listen to the SEC/FINRA presentation on information disclosure requirements for OTC members. I didn’t get very far listening to the talking heads, especially when all I cared about was which industries, companies, maybe even countries are deficient in submitting financial info and if any of them exist in my portfolio.
The Rep was kind enough to provide the following link, saying that I should only concern myself with the category “Pink No Information” which narrows down the number of symbols to 2,570:

After downloading the spreadsheet, one is free to search if his/her portfolio will be impacted by any of the companies on the list as well as those to avoid before they become a problem later this year.
