A pitch from Stansberry has showed up several times the past week – one from Steve Sjuggerud called True Wealth Real Estate. Heavy pitch for taking advantage of housing shortage as part of infrastructure push. One part of the pitch is a partnership ( or access ) to Crowdstreet. It appears to offer access to specifically vetted deals through Crowdstreet. Although not stated, it implies you may be able to circumvent the normal minimums and fees. Anyone familiar with this service from Stansberry or have more info about some of the opportunities they are pitching
