I am very interested too. Cannot be RIVN still private. Anyone have any idea which small EV company this might be?
They recently signed a deal with SpartanNash and received Warrants, but cannot find any warrants that SPTN offers to public.
Now that makes no sense. It Woolf put this in the category of the first 6 deals.
Could it be EVgo?
I am trying to find out that same information. No luck yet.
Perhaps Lion Electric (LEV)?
Looks like it is a company called PLUS. They are private, but joined a SPAC with Hennessy. That SPAC has warrants HCICW, and there is something legal to happen around 11/9
from business relationship point to Tesla of view, EVGO make more sense to others as potential partners.
