Some online posts suggest that Sila Nano was going public through an unknown SPAC in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of this year. This hasn’t happened. Does anyone know if Sila is going to be sponsored by a SPAC, and if so, which one? A guy named Chamath was mentioned involving a SPAC, but this was simply a brief mention. If no SPAC is involved, is there any knowledge about when they may go public? I’ve researched all possible combinations of key words that I can think of, but I’m getting nowhere helpful with answers.
