(Posted in another thread) Hmm, that sounds highly likely, good spot (now $3.04 ) I would imagine that the new coins to be announced (i.e after you’ve taken out a $2500 subscription) are very much related to the burgeoning NFT / Gaming/ Metaverse area. Will coins like ENJ and SAND be included or those with lower market cap.
? Could the royalties referred to be Play to Earn ? I would imagine not, just a thought. His free pick (presumably MANA) is only given to people who have registered as VIP members (for which you need a USA cell phone)

I got an email today saying its not Metaverse coins or NFT and the mail says If I’m right about this (and I believe I am), you could potentially see the chance to make 10 lifetimes’ worth of gains in the next 365 days.
That is a bold statement. Eager to watch the event today

I agree that the Free Pick may be MANA…Teeka claims the coin was selling at just $0.77 “recently”….it was $0.77 on October 7…..now it’s 2.95

I think that’s just a ploy to get your number. A free pick will be in the presentation whether you register as a VIP or not. At least that’s how it has always been.

So if I cash in all my gains so will the royalty since I have no more coins. So it’s not forever or am I wrong.

What was the free pick? He’s talking about buy and stake right? Not yield farming?

Is this tech royalty 2.0 same as staking?

The coins are ETH, MATIC, AVAX, FTM, GRT and LPT …so the top pick is The Graph (GRT), not MANA as we thought

Well I got the free report. You have to stake GRT to a delegate. You could lose everything if your delegate just runs away

I need some more digging into staking. I might stake half of my coins. Looks like some exchanges do it on behalf of you. Some work for this week I guess.

Yes a free report with staking. But if you have metamask its just a google search.

However there are some risks involved with staking

I seem to get different names sometimes when I look up symbols. In the case of LPT, Coinbase tells me it’s “Livepeer”.

I’m with Palm Street Infinity, they had a good deal a few months ago where you got Confidential, Income and Letter for life for $2500, plus an ongoing $200 a year fee. $2500 sounds a lot, but it only takes one good pick to make that up, have no regrets

I’d be interested to know that too… best strategy for choosing delegators. There are clearly inherent risks which I’d like to evaluate further.

By chance, did the report/document indicate a buy-up-to price for each coin?

So what exactly will drive this “once in a lifetime event”? Does anyone know?
It obviously has to do with “Web 3.0” and somehow all roads seem to lead to ETH. But didn’t Teeka talk about some “change in code” that he discovered that these 6 coins specifically would benefit from?

It’s the ETH network being able to run 100,000 transactions per second which is 4 times faster than VSA can. So the fees will be very low.

So having had NO knowledge or current investment in Crypto, reading your comments, i.e., regarding “staking”, etc. some of the terminology used here spins my head. It’s all new to me. Any advice from these experts here as to how I should proceed? ( Would it be a wise decision now to go ahead to purchase any of these coins. Perhaps, just buy some coin and educate myself as I go along.)

If you are brand new to crypto, start by buying ETH and BTC before they go higher. Invest as you can, when you can.
Use a simple exchange like Coinbase (Coinbase Pro for lower fees); there you can buy BTC, ETH, AVAX, GRT and MATIC.

So… did anyone catch the name of the “free pick”? I suffered through an hour of drawn-out drivel only to have my headphones cut out for about 30 seconds… when I believe he revealed the coin!! ‍ Then straight to the “best offer you’ll ever see for this service!”….

https://nexo.io/ just added AVAX to their list of coins and is offering up to 17% in interest.
Since I already have an account with them, I’ll stake my AVAX that way.

Yeah but seems like you can only buy AVAX not send avax to nexo. Or is there an option to send avax to Nexo. I’ve avax in my coinbase account

Anybody have a rough idea of eth fees involved in staking GRT via Metamask? Before I spend money moving GRT from binance to M Mask, which costs 37GRT (ie $37) I need to work out if the costs involved here are worth it for USD500 of GRT? Thanks all…

Graph charges a delegation fee 0.5%, which means if you are delegating 1,000 GRT, you will automatically lose 5 GRT

Sorry. another thought/question…I see you can stake GRT on Binance as well as from M Mask (using the Network Beta Dapp). Is it easier/cheaper to stake on Binance does anyone know? If so, the rewards are presumably less? TIA

I see you can and get up to 17% but you can’t on BinanceUS. So it looks easier and you get the same interest. However Americans are not supposed to use Binance FYI. You could with a VPN but if they catch you they can close your account.

I’m in the UK so I guess worth thinking about staking via Binance to avoid the prohibitive eth fees ( if staked via a wallet. )
Love how Mr T made it all sound so simple & conveniently forgot about the fees side!

Could anyone v kindly attach the free playbook on GRT from the other night? As I’m non -US I wasn’t able to register as a VIP & gain access to it. Am interesred to see how he framed it. Massively appreciated.

Does anyone know what services are recommending MANA. I purchased some in February and April and it has already been a 4 bagger for me. I’m wondering if I should sell but would like to hold onto it for another 7 months until it qualifies for Long Term Capital Gains. I did not buy a lot of it. Thanks for any help on figuring out what services we are following that have it as a current recommendation.

Yes , Tech Royalties are the same as staking. I agree, I don’t think it’s as cut and dried as they make out for various reasons and it’s worth bearing in mind that there are often good staking deals on Binance, Kraken, Celsius (not for UK), Nexo, Crypto.com etc etc. (a) I seem to remember they made the process of choosing a validator to delegate to seem simple, whereas it can be a real faff..I remember for one coin selecting the validator recommended by the system and it turned out to be a real dud due to a software fault (b) There is often a period of, say, 7 days before you can withdraw your coins from staking (c) You can lose coins if the validator acts inappropriately and (d) most important of all, I think, is the fact that the gains you get from staking might be dwarfed by those you might get in a rampant bull market…if you’re in for the long, long haul, then fine, go ahead. On the plus side you are doing something that is helping the progress of the coin’s ecosystem, rather than just gaining interest/rewards elsewhere. For example, staking Dot on Kraken gives you 12% compound interest and you can withdraw at any time, an ideal combination.

Thanks for the insights…. I agree, having looked into staking GRT a bit more there certainly seem to be numerous variables to consider, which , knowing my luck, would conspire to wipe out any gains!! I think for peace of mind, the deals offered on exchanges like Binance seem a good compromise on the risk/reward front and as you point out, no hassle to withdraw at any time.

A little off-topic here, but I’m really frustrated with Coinbase. Had an account since May, but they won’t let me transfer any of my holdings to CoinbasePro. Everything says “funds on hold”. WTH does that mean? I’m thinking I need to sell everything and close out my Coinbase account, then just fund the Pro account with cash, but that seems stupid … any thoughts?
