I’m seeing this infomercial only now but it seems this was never resolved on Gumshoe. There are much, much older resolved teases on rare earths on this site, but Stephen Leeb has updated his ad to include current world events to pitch what he considers the “AT-4” of rare earth metals. Below is the link. Maybe someone knows which metal or company Leeb is referring to?
