Where to Buy? RYAH

I am wanting to buy stock in RYAH and my etrade account will not let me. Robinhood[1] doesn’t offer it. Any suggestions on what exchange I could purchase it on?

I have tried to buy from Etrade but get this message. “The price type you specified is not allowed for orders on OTC, bulletin board, pink sheet, non-equity, and certain other securities. Please consider entering as a limit order.” Robinhood doesn’t offer it and I was looking at Webull but not sure if they will allow the purchase either?
And then when entered as a limit order I get this message. “Opening transactions in Pink No Information, Grey Market and Expert Market securities are not permitted due to the inherent risk associated with these products.”
Most brokers will let US investors buy OTC stocks, though that’s a true penny stock so a lot of brokers will restrict trading to try to protect you. I just checked and this particular one is blocked at my brokers as well (Fidelity and Interactive Brokers), with a note that they will not allow opening trades because of the company’s limited information — have never heard of the stock, personally.
